Reminder about Punishment Lashes

Just a reminder about the punishment lashes protocol. As announced by Madam Nora last month, duckie has taken on new responsibilities, which include bearing the physical punishments for all subs’ errors. This includes staff subs and volunteers. Once a month, Madam Nora conducts a punishment ceremony where duckie receives lashes. Each lash is counted out loud by duckie, and during this time, he is informed of whose punishable offenses have contributed to his ordeal.

The first ceremony took place on Halloween, and poor duckie endured a staggering 129 punishment lashes for your mistakes. As your Command Domme, it’s my duty to keep a rolling tally of these punishments and provide weekly updates to Nora and the other Dommes. The next punishment ceremony is scheduled for December 1st. I’m sure duckie would appreciate everyone’s efforts to keep the total count as low as possible. Remember, while duckie may be a pain slut, the responsibilities—and potentially the number of lashes—will increase as our team grows. Let’s try to make it easier on him, shall we?

Staff Subs

Zeek – He continues to demonstrate why Nora appointed him as “lead sub,” completing a substantial amount of work and helping keep everyone on track. He’s also been instrumental in assisting with the new sub-training program I’m developing. However, Zeek still struggles significantly with deadlines, a recurring issue that we need to address. This week, we’ve assigned him 30 lashes due to missed deadlines. These are typically transferred to duckie at his monthly punishment ceremony. This time, however, Zeek’s wife Annie has agreed to administer his punishment directly, meaning duckie will only receive half the number of lashes. This arrangement not only ensures accountability but also lessens the burden on duckie.

Shawn – It’s great to have him back with us, but he really needs to catch up. We are currently waiting on his editorial response for several sub-projects, and this delay has resulted in an additional 10 punishment lashes for duckie. Shawn, your timely input is crucial to keep our projects moving forward.

Levi – Mentioning his name seems to echo with the sound of crickets. It appears Levi has adopted a strategy of avoiding lateness by not accepting any assignments at all. This is clearly not a viable approach. Consequently, this will result in 30 punishment lashes for duckie. Levi, it’s time to step up and engage with the responsibilities of your role.

The Volunteer Service Subs

#1 anonsub has had a commendable week, providing AI-generated images for future projects and contributing to a research project. His efforts are greatly appreciated and demonstrate his commitment to our goals.

#2 mrsub is unfortunately still lagging behind on his first article. This delay is unacceptable, and as a consequence, 20 punishment lashes have been assigned.

#3 aristotle has been under my direct mentorship, receiving one-on-one training. As part of his development, he self-administers his punishments. This week has been largely positive for aristotle; he successfully completed all his tasks and assignments and officially transferred ownership of his cock, balls, and orgasms to me. We celebrated this milestone with a ceremony performed simultaneously in our respective beds. During the several days he’s been reporting his orgasm, this one was, by far, his mose intense. #5 piggy has had a relatively unproductive first week, primarily due to his owner assigning him to other tasks outside of his volunteer work with the Magazine. While not ideal, there are no punishment points assigned this week due to the circumstances.

#6 pussy slave, a new recruit brought in by Zeek, completed his initial task—an open letter affirming his dedication to his wife—which was well-received. This is an auspicious start, although the task was submitted late, resulting in 10 punishment lashes for duckie. Should pussy slave’s wife choose to administer these punishment lashings directly to him, the number for duckie will be halved.

#7, another new recruit this week, has shown great enthusiasm, promptly completing tasks as he begins his 1-week evaluation period. This eagerness is a promising sign as we consider using him in the ongoing development of our distance domination program. Goodboy points are awarded to duckie for this effective recruitment.

Finally, let’s discuss little duckie. He has been working diligently behind the scenes, and his hard work is greatly appreciated. However, there is a significant issue that needs addressing. Madam Nora has informed me that duckie is still avoiding writing about Halloween and his initial experience of being punished for everyone’s mistakes. As a consequence, she has decided to impose a severe penalty: an additional 40 punishment lashes will be added to his tally for the November punishment ceremony, and this will be repeated weekly for every week he fails to complete his assignment.

To reinforce the shared responsibility within our leadership structure, it has been decided that Zeek, as the lead sub, will also share the burden of these 40 punishment lashes per week. This decision is made to emphasize the role of the lead sub in ensuring that all team members, himself included, meet their obligations. Annie, Zeek’s wife, has kindly agreed to assist the Magazine by administering Zeek’s punishment. His own punishment ceremony, which will include the cumulative punishment lashes for duckie’s late assignment, is scheduled to occur on or near December 1st, coinciding with duckie’s punishment ceremony. This action underscores our commitment to accountability and the vital role that our lead sub plays in maintaining the standards and workflows of our team. It is hoped that this shared experience will foster a stronger sense of duty and promptness in fulfilling assignments across our group.

This measure is not just about disciplining duckie; it’s intended to highlight the importance of accountability and following through on commitments within our community.
