My favorite holiday movie is called “A Christmas Story”. The movie is about a young boy named Ralphie who is wanting a Red Ryder BB gun for Christmas. It is constantly on his mind in the days before Christmas day. I remember I wanted a BB gun when I was that age myself.

There are several funny scenes thru out the movie. One being a boy is dared to stick his tongue on the flag pole at school on a very cold day. His tongue is glued frozen on the pole when he does so and it is hilarious getting it unstuck.

Another reason I like the movie is the father is played by Darren McGavin a favorite actor of mine. Also the lady who played the mother ( I cant recall her name) was a very pretty woman. She was always in a very plain dress thru out the movie but I thought she was VERY sexy. 😀
