I like this.
I’m reminded of several years ago krissi was training with a fellow who specializes in maintaining fitness in “aging” pro athletes and me with his female partner.
One day, krissi made some remark obviously tying fitness to game performance too closely. His trainer remarked, “Ya still gotta play your game.”
So my thought about this is similar: would be a great way to refine and keep peaked otherwise solid general fitness.
I’ve mentioned that krissi likes golf. This would be sort of like a golfer “hitting balls;” … very similar in some ways.
