Session Description

As per protocol I positioned myself in front of a mirror to allow eye contact with myself to be made, I did a couple of warm up strikes before commencing with the allocated 30. For each of the 30, i thanked Mizz Geena alternating each cheek as i go until complete. Mizz Geena then requested a photo, in position 3 which was completed and emailed.
