Changes to Sub Performance Reporting

I’m making a few adjustments to how I report on the performance of our subs. First, in accordance with the resolution passed in ConclaveII, I’ll be presenting a full report card on each volunteer. These are quarterly, and the first round will be presented in July, covering performance for Q2 (April through June). So boys, take note: you have one more month to bring those averages up.
Also, I won’t be sharing good boy point totals in a competitive format anymore. We have volunteers participating at different levels. Some are active every day, writing, stripping, and submitting regularly. They are earning points quickly, and that’s fantastic. But others may not have as many chances to contribute, and that doesn’t mean they’re not valuable. We need them too.
So, I’ll be presenting individual progress reports with monthly totals, and each boy will be measured against his own past performance. What I want to see is improvement. Every single month.
And, I’ve already written the Progress reports for all the boys. Madam Nora gave me her input as the Oversight Domme for mr.sub, and Mistress Heather completed anonsub’s, as his Oversight Domme. We have each progress report publishing first thing tomorrow morning, starting at 5am Pacific.
