Official Text of the Resolution:
This resolution provides the required update on the status of the four volunteer submissives promoted under Resolution 2.6 with Conclave oversight. The Conclave is asked to review the progress and disposition of these subs, and to approve the Command Domme’s recommendations regarding their current rank and ongoing oversight.

Background:
Resolution 2.6 advanced four volunteers by two full levels, with the stipulation that their progress remain under Conclave review. Their current status is as follows:

• subjay – Resigned due to personal reasons.
• exibishboy – Retired from active service.
• eleven – Active, with continued contributions in fiction, blog posts, modeling, and Patreon program support.
• mommieslittlepet – Active, with continued contributions in workouts, blog posts, modeling, and Patreon program support.

Command Domme’s Recommendation:

• subjay is inactive; his rank should be adjusted to Volunteer I, the level consistent with his standing at the time of resignation.
• exibishboy is inactive but retired in good standing; his higher rank should remain in place to signify the impact of his contributions.
• eleven and mommieslittlepet are both active and highly valuable; their current ranks should be maintained with continued Conclave oversight. A final report on their double-promotions will be submitted at the next Conclave convening after October 1st, at which time permanent confirmation of their ranks will be considered.

• Reject the recommendation

These four volunteers were advanced under extraordinary circumstances, and it is vital that the Conclave continue to monitor the fairness and integrity of our rank system. Subjay’s resignation and exibishboy’s retirement each require respectful but distinct treatment, recognizing the difference between voluntary departure and retirement in good standing. Eleven and mommieslittlepet continue to prove themselves indispensable to our Magazine and to our expanding programs. It is my belief that their contributions merit the continuation of their current ranks, with a formal review in the fall to determine whether their double-promotion should become permanent.
