Resolution 4.4 Oversight of FemdomU Academy

Official Text of the Resolution:
This resolution proposes that the FemdomU Conclave establish formal and continuing oversight of the FemdomU Academy. The Conclave shall have full access to all training modules, curricula, and related Academy content for the purpose of evaluation, certification, and quality control.
If adopted, this resolution grants all Conclave members ongoing rights of access to Academy training materials, both published and in development, so that they may evaluate content, verify standards, and ensure that the Academy continues to reflect the values and mission of the Magazine. The Conclave shall serve as the final certifying authority of all training modules and may recommend revisions, improvements, or additions at their discretion.
Options for Your Vote:
- Yes – I support granting Conclave oversight and certification authority over the Academy.
- No – I do not support granting Conclave oversight and certification authority over the Academy.
- Abstain – I choose not to register a vote on this resolution.

This resolution affirms that the Academy is not an isolated project but a living extension of the Conclave’s authority and collective vision.
This is great – and a full-set of eyes can help give new ideas and overtime really grow our Academy through team effort.
This is a logical next step in our mission to be the educational matriarchy covering all things femdom. Eventually we can move beyond our submissive training classes and have other dommes teach courses to provide information to our full readership – dommes and subs (and couples).
Okay, this sounds interesting.
Now, I’ve seen the plan to do submissive training here, is the idea to offer training to Dommes as well?
Eventually, yes! The Academy is built on a leading LMS platform Zeek tailored to our use. We can even offer live classes eventually. But the idea is to begin with my submissive training courses to the Patreon subscribers, and eventually expand the platform to offer a wide-range of courses to our entire community.
I see this as a natural evolution. It’s what we do in my group, informally of course, no curricula per se.. So, I’m completely in support. Looking particularly forward to Domme development.

I’m so excited to be part of this, and getting to work with Geena on the Academy classes. I think as we grow this and open the platform to more instructors, we really have the opportunity to be come the undisputed authority when it comes to femdom.
