duckie finally gets to unpack

duckie won’t be homeless much longer! ok, dramatic, i know. not really homeless, but ever since we left Madam’s estate in the US, we’ve been living out of suitcases, moving from place to place, never really settling in. that’s about to change because Madam’s new home is finally ready for move-in.
she’s authorized me to share some details, and i’m honestly so excited about this one. our new home isn’t just a home, it’s also a business venture. i first wrote about it here: Madam’s New Estate Early Plans and Cellar Conversions.
the project is a partnership with a gentleman i’m calling SirB, short for Sir Benefactor. he’s the one who made it all possible. think very rich, very private, and very kinky. i’ve been to one of his parties, and let me tell you, this dude’s kink-meter is dialed up to super high. he wanted his own discreet play space, something luxurious but completely separate from his public life. his fancy family name requires a respectable image, but his real self wanted a place where he could indulge safely and freely.
so, SirB became a private client of Madam’s, and one thing led to another. he bought the property outright and funded all the upgrades and renovations. Madam directed the entire project from start to finish, designing every space to perfection. the result is a stunning estate with multiple private areas, an underground dungeon complex, and a few secret touches only Madam and i know about.
SirB has full access to the estate whenever he wishes. one of the underground cells beneath Madam’s suite is a private, posh space reserved just for him, and he’ll have to stay there unless released by Madam. he also hosts one party each month, which Madam will organize and manage entirely. these parties are seriously exclusive. every guest will go through a heavy screening process. and we all sign strict non-disclosure agreements.
in return, Madam holds a long-term lease on the estate and full control over it the rest of the time. it’s her domain, through and through.
so yeah, duckie finally gets to unpack. Madam gets the home she deserves, and we’re already planning ways to turn the new space into content for the magazine. we’ll be careful about privacy, but let’s just say there are going to be some incredible stories and features coming soon from the new estate.
