Celebrating Women in Power

Yesterday’s election night brought powerful reminders that women are leading, and we are backing them all the way.
In Abigail Spanberger’s historic win as governor of Virginia, the first woman to ever hold that office, we saw persistence, competence, and leadership rewarded.
In Mikie Sherrill’s victory in New Jersey, we were reminded that experience, service, and breaking through ceilings truly matter.
And in Mary Sheffield’s election as mayor of Detroit, we witnessed another trailblazing moment, a woman taking the helm of a major city and proving that local power is shifting.
To all the women who ran, who led, who stood up and claimed their space in offices once dominated by others, we see you, we honor you, and we are proud of you.
This victory night is not the end of the story. It is a spark. A reminder that representation matters, that power looks different when women make the decisions, and that our voices and our votes still shape the outcome.
Here’s to more wins, more firsts, and more women rising.
Lets hope that change is coming, I will request that once it hits you guys if you can set a little more change over the water to us too that would be perfect!
Exciting times!
