duckie meets the new wheel of punishment

Madam instructed me to share my newest wheel of punishment. yes, a wheel. it lives on the wall just outside my room, so i have to walk past it and think about my life choices on a regular basis. for certain screwups, Madam doesn’t lecture. she doesn’t argue. she just points at the wheel and says, “spin.”
here are the current options, and please note how none of them involve whips, paddles, or anything i actually enjoy.
broccoli for ten straight days
one full day serving in a tux
giving Mister a pedicure and foot massage
a week without my video games
a haircut by Cook
no 420 for a week
you’ll notice a pattern. these are all things that inconvenience me and only me. no impact on Madam whatsoever. she’s learned that corporal punishment is… not exactly discouraging for duckie. apparently i take pain “too well.” rude, but accurate.
today, i earned a spin. Madam had me wrapping gifts, and i broke one of the presents. a very delicate glass ornament. it shattered. i froze. she looked at me. i looked at the wheel. we both knew what was coming.
spin.
it landed on “a haircut by Cook.”
now here’s the problem. Cook only knows one haircut. buzz. no discussion. no styling. no mercy. and duckie loves his hair. i take pride in it. i brush it. i condition it. i flip it dramatically when i think i look cute. its sort of the one self expression i have and Madam has for the most part let me decide how it looks.
not anymore.
so sometime very soon, i will be sitting on a stool in the kitchen while Cook fires up the clippers, and duckie will learn a very important lesson about being careful with fragile things.

I’m very sorry that you lost your beautiful hair because of breaking that delicate ornament. Cook is a meanie. I hope Duckie that you behave and that your beautiful hairstyle grows back!
