We have finally set the opening for Conclave 5, and it begins this Wednesday. The page is already in place, but the real content is still locked. Starting one minute after midnight on Wednesday, the full agenda will appear and the Dommes of the Conclave will gain access to each resolution in its entirety. That is when discussion begins.

During this phase, Dommes will be able to review, comment, challenge, and shape the direction of each item before anything moves to a vote. It is one of the most important parts of the process.

On May 4th, voting officially opens. That is also when general access will be granted. Non-members will be able to read every resolution and follow along with the discussions that took place. Transparency matters, even when authority is clearly defined.

I will not be releasing the full agenda ahead of time, but I will say this. There are some heavy items on the table. We will be addressing how Dommes and subs of the Magazine interact in person, defining what a reasonable expectation of service truly means within our structure, and welcoming a new Guest Domme to the Conclave. There is also a promotion on the table, and the possibility of formal action being taken against another sub.

This is exactly the kind of Conclave that shapes the future of the Magazine.
