Hello All!

I am pleased to announce the appointment of volunteer sub eleven to the position of headboy of FemdomU.

As one of our original models, a longtime member of our volunteer team, and after more than a year of consistent, reliable, and steady service, eleven graciously accepted my offer with the simple response, “As you wish, Mizz Geena.”

This is not merely a ceremonial title. It is a position of responsibility, leadership, and trust.

Within the submissive structure of the Magazine, eleven now holds a position comparable to that of our lead dub, Zeek. As headboy, he serves as a senior member of our submissive hierarchy and a leader within our volunteer community. While his primary responsibility is supporting our volunteers and helping maintain the strength of our pack dynamic, his position places him above the other boys in the formal hierarchy. Technically speaking, even Levi and duckie now fall beneath him in rank, though in practical day-to-day operations this changes very little. What it does clarify is the importance I place on this role and the confidence I have in the boy who now holds it.

To be clear, staff subs such as Levi and duckie will continue to report directly to the Dommes they serve, and in some cases to Zeek. Volunteers will continue working directly with me and the other Dommes. The title of headboy is not intended to replace existing chains of responsibility. Rather, eleven’s role is to support the team, set an example through his service and submission, and help strengthen the sense of community and structure among our boys.

Looking forward, he will also play an important role in helping us extend that pack dynamic to select Patreon members and Academy students. One of the strengths of FemdomU has always been that our submissives learn not only from Dommes, but also from observing and interacting with experienced, dependable boys who embody the values we seek to teach.

Ladies, I encourage you to make use of eleven as a resource. He possesses an organized mind, communicates well, and has repeatedly demonstrated reliability. He is an excellent candidate for first-run testing of training modules, instructional materials, and new Academy projects. He is also a willing model for both photo and video content. As we continue to expand our educational offerings, I believe he will prove to be an increasingly valuable asset to our efforts.

I also expect his appointment to help attract and retain other active volunteers who wish to become more deeply involved in the content and community we are building together.

Finally, I will be seeking formal Conclave confirmation of his title, further cementing his role and recognizing him as an official asset of the Conclave.
