Conclave VII has concluded, and I am pleased to announce that we achieved Full Command, with our final member casting her vote just hours before the session closed. Every voting member participated, and every resolution passed.

That is a wonderful result, ladies. Thank you for making time to consider the proposals, raise questions, share your perspectives, and cast your votes. Our discussions matter, but voting is what turns those discussions into decisions that move FemdomU forward.

Here is what we approved and what those decisions now mean for our community.

Resolution 7.1 Welcome Mistress Mary as a Voting Member

Mistress Mary’s membership received the required Unanimous Decision. Following her nomination by Mizz Geena, acceptance by the Conclave Directors, and approval from Madam Nora, this vote completes her confirmation as a Voting Member of the Conclave.

Welcome, Mary! You now have an official voice and vote in the decisions shaping our Magazine and Academy. I understand you have already been finding opportunities to command some of the boys, so I suspect you will settle into your responsibilities quite comfortably.

Resolution 7.2 Welcome Mistress Déesse as a Voting Member

Mistress Déesse also received the required Unanimous Decision, completing her confirmation as a Voting Member following Mizz Geena’s sponsorship and the necessary leadership approvals.

We have already seen encouraging evidence of her training through pute’s participation and contributions. We look forward to learning from her experience and having her help guide FemdomU’s continued development. Welcome to the Conclave, Mistress Déesse!

Resolution 7.3 Promote otta and Establish the shutterboy Role

With the required Unanimous Decision, otta is now a Level 3 volunteer, an Obedient Servitor, and officially recognized as the FemdomU shutterboy.

This recognizes the quality of his contributions while establishing a photography resource for both the Magazine and Academy. The Dommes now have a designated boy whose skills can support photography guidance, assignments, and the development of stronger visual content. Ladies, consider how you might put that experience to work.

Congratulations, otta. Your service has earned you both recognition and new responsibilities.

Resolution 7.4 Promote thanuj to Devoted Contributor

thanuj’s promotion received the required Unanimous Decision. He is now a Level 2 volunteer, a Devoted Contributor.

This promotion recognizes his growing commitment to FemdomU and his progress under Mizz Geena’s guidance. Having signed ownership of his orgasms to her, he will continue working with her toward becoming a capable, obedient submissive prepared for his first in-person experience.

Congratulations, thanuj. We look forward to seeing what you accomplish at your new level.

Resolution 7.5 Establish Conclave Participation Requirements

The attendance amendment passed with the required Super Majority (75%). Our charter now includes a process for addressing missed votes, probation, and temporary leave.

A member who misses a Conclave vote will be placed on probation. Participating in the next vote clears that status. Missing another vote while on probation results in removal from the voting membership for that session, allowing the remaining voting members to achieve Full Command.

Members may also arrange temporary leave of up to 90 days by reporting to the Director of Conclave. During that leave, they will not be counted among the session’s voting members. A return to voting membership requires approval by the Conclave Directors.

We all have lives and responsibilities beyond FemdomU. This gives us a clear way to accommodate those circumstances while keeping the Conclave able to conduct its business.

Resolution 7.6 Establish the Conclave Inspection Roster

The Inspection Roster passed with the required Majority Decision (>50%). We will now have a rotating monthly inspection led by an Inspector Domme.

The Command Domme will collect volunteers and randomly select the Inspector Domme, giving participating ladies a turn before repeating selections. The selected Domme will work with the Command Domme to choose up to five submissives and establish the announced inspection standards.

Those standards may address grooming, posture, fitness, attire, or another selected area. Each inspection will include a brief assessment using the inspection form.

This gives our ladies another opportunity to demonstrate their individual approaches to command. For the boys, it means learning to meet standards set by different women. I expect this will produce some useful lessons and a few very attentive submissives.

Resolution 7.7 Establish the FemdomU Safety Checklist

NurseDomme Jessica’s Safety Checklist passed with the required Super Majority (75%).

FemdomU will establish a standard checklist for Dommes and submissives to review before an intense scene. It will cover consent, limits, medical concerns, medications, allergies, emergency contacts, safewords, aftercare, and transportation.

As our community develops more opportunities for in-person interaction, we need practical standards that members can use and readers can learn from. Jessica’s proposal gives us a consistent foundation for those preparations.

Resolution 7.8 Create a Private Chat Space for Conclave Dommes

The private Dommes chat passed with the required Majority Decision (>50%). Zeek, our lead sub, is now directed to create a space accessible only to the Dommes of the Conclave.

The ladies will be able to talk openly, share photographs privately, learn from one another, and discuss confidential matters outside the public record. Participation will be optional, with no activity requirement.

I look forward to the opportunities this offers for strengthening our community and getting to know one another better.

Resolution 7.9 Adopt the FemdomU Sexual Double Standard Declaration

Miss Autumn’s declaration passed with the required Super Majority (75%).

The Conclave has formally affirmed that women are entitled to authority over their own bodies, desires, relationships, and sexual choices. Male desire creates no obligation for female attention, access, reciprocity, or satisfaction. A Domme’s sexual freedom and a submissive’s restrictions are independent of one another.

The declaration also recognizes service, labor, pleasure, and satisfaction provided to women as the male body’s primary value.

Although this is a non-binding declaration, it establishes policy guidance for members of the Magazine, will be taught in the Academy, and will inform relevant Magazine content. Its passage gives FemdomU a clear statement of the principles we will carry into that work.

Resolution 7.10 Require Monthly Community Service

Mistress Annie’s community service proposal passed with the required Majority Decision (>50%).

The submissives of the Magazine must now complete at least one act of community service each month, prioritizing actions that support women in need. The Command Domme and Associate Command Domme will oversee the program and determine appropriate rewards or remedial actions.

Any Domme of the Conclave may request an accounting of a submissive’s participation and may assign goodboy or badboy points based on his response.

I am particularly pleased to see this pass. Service should make a useful difference in the world around us, and this requirement gives our boys a regular opportunity to demonstrate that.

Thank you again to every lady who participated in Conclave VII, and congratulations to our new members and newly promoted volunteers. The votes are complete. Now we begin putting these decisions into practice.

Boys, pay attention to the instructions that follow. Several of these resolutions have created new responsibilities for you, and we will expect you to meet them.
