As Managing Editor, Mistress Heather holds the esteemed position of Chairwoman of the Conclave Directors and this report provides essential updates and insights regarding Conclave activities and business matters.

Magazine Highlights

We’ve been busy with several projects, primarily preparing for the launch of our special Patreon program.

The DomU Games – we’re in the middle of our first game that provides interactive fun between our Dommes and our subs. Follow along at the Games page.

June is Men’s Health Awareness Month, and we’re making sure to keep the topic front and center with fresh content every day!

Internal conclave business

We are thrilled to welcome new members to our Conclave, each bringing unique experiences and insights to our community. As we grow, we bid farewell to some cherished members who have moved on to new adventures.

Membership Updates

We are thrilled to welcome Mrs. Annie Strong as the new Guest Domme of FemdomU and the Conclave. She will be joining us for this session in a provisional capacity, pending confirmation of her appointment by the Conclave.

We have also removed Lady CM from the voting ranks for now. We hope she returns soon.

Our New conclave pages

Conclave III introduces significant changes in both formatting and function with several enhancements that elevate the experience including:

  • The addition of this Director’s Report
  • The new Command Domme’s report on the boys
  • A new live discussion feature for the Dommes which utilizes the commenting function on each resolution to facilitate open dialogue over the five-day period.
  • A restriction on public access where only resolution titles will be visible until the Voting period opens, allowing our entire readership to then view the complete content of each resolution along with the comments shared by the Dommes during the discussion phase.

Progress Report: Conclave Commands

In the past year, significant strides have been made in executing the directives set forth by the Conclave. Our community has seen a remarkable increase in engagement, with new initiatives designed to foster deeper connections and enhance the educational resources available to our members.

1.2 Define Domme Prerogative

We have added this to the content of FemdomU Magazine:

1. A New article written by Mizz Geena discussing the concept.

2. The term has been added as a new category, and will have it’s own listing in the new (upcoming) Femdom Glossary. 

2.3 Live Discussion for the Dommes

We voted to require the boys to create a system where we could interact and have live discussion during the Conclave Discussion phase.

With this new layout, we have made that happen. This is a first test – but should work smoothly. Only the Dommes can access each of the individual resolutions during the discussion period, and only the dommes can leave and read the comments.

Once we move into the Voting period, access to the resolutions pages will be open to all – but commenting will be closed. Everyone will, however, be able to see the discussion.

2.8 Conclave Dick Ratings

We voted to provide Conclave Dick Ratings, a way to perhaps enhance the Volunteer sub experience as well as a special honor we can provide to limited subs. Mizz Geena has put forth the volunteer eleven as our first subject. Not only will we be rating his dick, we’re going to be discussing the selected photos and the voting parameters, and if we want to make changes for the next subject.

2.9 Book of Measurements

Domme Jessica provided an update:
I’ve met with the other two committee members – Heather and Meghan, and we have some initial discussions on what we want to include in the book, as well as creating a new role for a Mistress of Measurements. We’re going to continue to hash out details with the goal of launching by the first of July.

2.10 Domme Messaging System

We commanded the boys to come up with a way for our readers to send filtered messages to the Dommes. Zeek reports some progress with testing a few solutions, and is tasked with implementation by July 1st.
