Resolution 4.5 Embrace Diversity and Condemn Harmful Power

Official Text of the Resolution:
This Resolution declares that FemdomU Magazine, its Conclave, and its Members affirm a commitment to embrace and uphold diversity across all aspects of our work, community, and relationships.
The Conclave condemns any act of domination, leadership, or authority which uses power to cause harm, exploitation, or exclusion. The use of power must be rooted in consent, respect, education, and the positive transformation of those under our charge.
We recognize that in the world today, power is too often twisted to serve the wants of a single individual or group, with disregard for those who are harmed. As women of power, it is our duty to stand up, to show that true leadership is never selfish, and to model a form of power that uplifts, protects, and commands with fairness and purpose.
As Dommes of the Conclave, we pledge to continue striving for a positive impact through our leadership, mentorship, and example. In alignment with this principle, we further direct our submissives to embody this commitment in their conduct, both within and outside of FemdomU. Submissives are commanded to treat others with dignity, respect differences, and reject the misuse of power in their personal lives, workplaces, communities, and governments.
If passed, this Resolution will be entered into the permanent record of the Conclave, and it shall stand as an enduring declaration of the values of FemdomU Magazine. It shall also serve as a guiding principle in future deliberations, decisions, and disciplinary actions.
Options for Your Vote:
- Yes – I support the adoption of Resolution 4.5 as written.
- No – I do not support the adoption of Resolution 4.5.
- Abstain – I choose not to register a vote on Resolution 4.5.

FemdomU was founded on the belief that power, when exercised ethically, transforms lives for the better. In our world today, we see daily examples of power being corrupted, wielded to silence, exclude, or harm. We cannot remain silent. We must claim our responsibility as women of power to show another way, to lead with strength and compassion, and to prove that authority can be just, disciplined, and inclusive. This is very well said, and I fully support this resolution. Femdom is not cruelty, and in fact quite the opposite. We can use our positive power to affect change.

This is a great start! And while I know we want to keep the Magazine out of the politics, we must also not ignore what is happening – standing by watching weak little men cheat, lie, steal, and hurt others to grab up their power – well, that’s just not in our DNA.

This is terrific, and absolutely the direction we should be going. Will vote in support.
This is good – I think it starts to address how we all feel. I am wondering, though, is this going to lead to any action on our part?
I’m so glad to see us moving in this direction. Here in Portland it feels like we’re bracing for an invasion. Every day there’s tear gas choking the neighborhood around the ICE facility. Respected leaders are vanishing without explanation. Walls scream with messages like “Where did my country go?” “Our humanity has been deported.” “Land of the free no more.” And now our city’s name drips from the ugly mouth of that puny man as his next target.
We cannot stay silent. We cannot pretend any of this is acceptable. With this platform and the podium we have access to, we have the chance to stand tall, to show our strength, our resolve, and our absolute commitment to the promise of this resolution.
