Resolution 6.2 Establishment of the FemdomU Book of Submission

Official Text of the Resolution:

Whereas the FemdomU Magazine, Academy, Patreon community, and volunteer programs have created a growing body of submissives who have formally chosen to place themselves under the guidance, authority, and educational leadership of the Dommes of FemdomU;

Whereas the Conclave recognizes the value of maintaining a permanent historical record of those submissives who have offered their service, devotion, participation, and support to the Educational Matriarchy;

Whereas the preservation of such records serves both ceremonial and historical purposes, allowing future generations of Dommes and submissives to recognize those who stood in service to the community;

Therefore, be it resolved that the FemdomU Book of Submission shall be established as the official permanent record of submissives who have submitted themselves to the authority and guidance of the Dommes of FemdomU.

The Book of Submission shall be administered by the Command Domme.

Eligible submissives for inclusion shall include:

• All Staff Subs of FemdomU Magazine
• All Volunteer Subs of FemdomU Magazine
• All Guest Subs officially recognized by the Magazine
• All Patreon subscribers at the Submissive Supporter tier or higher
• All students enrolled in any Academy training tier

Each eligible submissive shall be invited to submit:

• The submissive name by which he wishes to be recorded
• One optional photograph
• One optional short message of devotion, gratitude, or service (upto 250 words)

The FemdomU service sub, duckie, shall be responsible for reviewing and approving submitted photographs and messages prior to publication.

The Command Domme shall maintain the official record and publish updates to the Book of Submission on a regular basis.

The complete Book of Submission shall be viewable by all members of the Conclave.

At each future session of the Conclave, newly eligible submissions and additions shall be presented to the Conclave membership. A formal motion shall be made to accept the proposed additions into the permanent record. Unless objection is raised by a voting member, the additions shall be entered into the Book of Submission as part of the official historical record of the Educational Matriarchy.

Once accepted into the Book of Submission, an entry shall remain part of the permanent historical record unless removed by subsequent action of the Conclave.

Options for Your Vote:

YES: Establish the FemdomU Book of Submission under the conditions described in this resolution and recognize it as the official permanent record of submissives who have submitted themselves to the Dommes of FemdomU.

NO: Do not establish the FemdomU Book of Submission.

AMEND: Submit an amendment to be considered during the next Conclave.

Resolution requires a Super Majority (2/3) to pass.

As our community continues to grow, I believe it is important that we preserve a record of the men who choose to serve, learn, contribute, and submit themselves to the Educational Matriarchy. Some will serve for years. Others may only spend a short time with us. Regardless, each has chosen to take a step that many men never do: openly embracing submission and placing themselves under female authority.

The Book of Submission is not intended to be a list of accomplishments. It is intended to be a record of devotion. A place where a sub’s chosen name, photograph, and words can be preserved as part of our shared history.

Every Domme who serves in this community benefits from the labor, support, creativity, and obedience of the submissives who stand behind us. I believe they deserve to be remembered. This resolution creates a permanent place for that remembrance, while ensuring the Conclave retains oversight through the formal acceptance of new entries at each session.

I encourage the Conclave to vote YES and establish the FemdomU Book of Submission.
