Resolution 6.3 Confirmation of Headboy

Official Text of the Resolution

Whereas volunteer sub eleven has demonstrated exceptional dedication, reliability, obedience, and service to FemdomU Magazine, the Academy, and the greater FemdomU community;

Whereas eleven has consistently accepted assignments, supported fellow submissives, assisted with administrative responsibilities, and represented the principles of the Educational Matriarchy with professionalism and enthusiasm;

Whereas eleven has earned the trust of the Dommes of FemdomU through sustained service and positive leadership among the volunteer organization;

Whereas Mizz Geena has appointed eleven to the position of Headboy, entrusting him with responsibilities involving leadership, mentorship, accountability, and service within the submissive hierarchy of FemdomU;

Whereas eleven presently holds the rank of Level 4 Trusted Subordinate within the Volunteer Service Program and has demonstrated performance beyond the expectations of that rank;

Therefore, be it resolved that the FemdomU Conclave formally confirms volunteer sub eleven as Headboy of FemdomU Magazine and the Academy.

Be it further resolved that, effective immediately upon passage of this resolution, eleven is promoted from Level 4 Trusted Subordinate to Level 5 Exalted Thrall.

The rank of Exalted Thrall shall recognize exceptional service, demonstrated leadership, organizational contribution, and the trust placed in a submissive by the Dommes of FemdomU. The rank is intended for submissives whose service extends beyond personal participation and contributes materially to the growth, success, and operation of the organization.

As Headboy, eleven shall serve as the primary submissive liaison for the volunteer organization and designated Academy students, operating under the authority of Mizz Geena and the Dommes of FemdomU.

The Headboy shall be expected to assist in maintaining morale, encouraging participation, supporting volunteer projects, helping newer submissives integrate into the community, and promoting the standards and values established by the Conclave.

As a privilege of his office, eleven shall be granted direct communication access with Members of the Conclave who wish to utilize his services, assign tasks, request assistance, solicit feedback, or otherwise engage his service in support of the Magazine, Academy, or Conclave activities.

While eleven is presently unavailable for in-person assignments, he shall remain available for remote service opportunities, including photographs, video assignments, written projects, educational demonstrations, administrative assistance, presentations, and other activities requested by participating Members of the Conclave.

The Conclave recognizes that leadership carries accountability. Accordingly, the Headboy may receive commands, rewards, corrective assignments, disciplinary actions, honors, praise, or other directives not only for his own conduct and performance, but also for:

1. The actions and performance of individual submissives assigned to his care, mentorship, or supervision.
2. The conduct, morale, participation, and effectiveness of the volunteer sub pack as a whole.
3. The successful completion of projects, initiatives, assignments, and responsibilities delegated to the volunteer organization.
4. The overall health, culture, responsiveness, and performance of the submissive community under his leadership.

Such directives may be issued by individual Members of the Conclave acting independently, or collectively through formal review processes.

Mizz Geena shall conduct periodic Headboy Reviews. During such reviews, feedback may be solicited from all interested Members of the Conclave regarding eleven’s leadership, responsiveness, professionalism, availability, effectiveness, service, and overall performance in office.

Nothing in this resolution shall diminish the authority of individual Dommes over submissives under their direct control, ownership, supervision, or training. The role of Headboy exists to support the organization and its mission under the authority of the Dommes of FemdomU.

Options for Your Vote

YES: Confirm eleven as Headboy, promote him to Level 5 Exalted Thrall, and grant the privileges, responsibilities, accountability measures, and review procedures established by this resolution.

NO: Do not confirm the appointment and promotion at this time.

AMEND: Submit an amendment to be considered during the next Conclave.

This resolution requires a Grand Majority (90%) to pass.

Over the past year, eleven has repeatedly demonstrated something that cannot be taught: consistency. Plenty of submissives volunteer enthusiastically at the beginning. Far fewer continue showing up week after week, month after month, doing the work that actually keeps an organization functioning.

Eleven has become one of those rare submissives. He has accepted responsibility, completed assignments, helped other submissives, contributed to projects, and earned the trust of the women he serves. More importantly, he has done so without seeking recognition.

The position of Headboy is not merely symbolic. It is a working leadership role. While authority within FemdomU always belongs to its Dommes, effective organizations benefit from capable subordinate leadership. I believe eleven has demonstrated that he is ready for that responsibility.

Likewise, I believe he has outgrown the rank of Trusted Subordinate. His contributions now extend beyond his own service and directly affect the success of the broader organization. The rank of Exalted Thrall recognizes that achievement and establishes him as a model for future volunteers who aspire to greater responsibility.

This resolution grants privileges, but it also creates accountability. As Headboy, he will share responsibility for the success of the pack he helps lead. He will be evaluated not only on his own conduct, but on his ability to support the submissives around him and help them succeed.

I am proud of what eleven has accomplished so far. I look forward to seeing what he does next, and I encourage the Conclave to vote YES.
