Resolution 6.5 Establishment of the Official Conclave Pose

Official Text of the Resolution

Whereas the FemdomU Conclave serves as the governing body of the Magazine, Academy, and associated volunteer programs;

Whereas the Conclave desires to create a lasting tradition that reflects both the authority of the women who serve within it and the dedication of the submissives who support its mission;

Whereas the volunteer modeling program has become an important part of the public face and historical record of FemdomU;

Therefore, be it resolved that the FemdomU Conclave shall establish an Official Conclave Pose.

During the Discussion Period of Conclave VI, any voting member of the Conclave may formally nominate a pose, photograph concept, presentation style, or modeling challenge for consideration. To be considered, the member must clearly indicate that she is officially nominating the proposal for the Official Conclave Pose.

At the conclusion of the Discussion Period, all properly nominated proposals shall be presented for vote.

If a single proposal receives a simple majority of votes cast, defined as fifty-one percent (51%) or greater, that proposal shall immediately become the Official Conclave Pose.

If no proposal receives a majority of votes cast, the matter shall proceed to a runoff vote during the next Conclave session. The runoff ballot shall consist of the three proposals receiving the highest vote totals. In the event of tied results affecting qualification for the runoff, all tied proposals shall advance and be included on the ballot.

Once selected, the Official Conclave Pose shall become a permanent assignment within the FemdomU modeling program.

All current volunteer models, staff submissives who participate in modeling assignments, and future models entering the program shall be expected to complete the Official Conclave Pose as part of their service record.

The Conclave may establish specific photographic requirements, presentation standards, submission deadlines, and related guidelines associated with the selected pose.

Completed submissions shall be maintained as part of the permanent Conclave Record.

A dedicated Official Conclave Pose Gallery shall be maintained on the Conclave homepage. New submissions shall be added as they are received, creating an ongoing historical record of the submissives who have served the women of FemdomU and completed the challenge established by the Conclave.

The gallery shall serve as both a celebration of volunteer participation and a public demonstration of the traditions, creativity, and authority of the FemdomU Conclave.

When people look back at the history of FemdomU years from now, I want them to see more than meeting notes, policy decisions, and vote counts. Those things matter, but they only tell part of the story. The Conclave is ultimately about people. It is about the women who dedicate their time to building this community and the submissives who choose to serve it.

This resolution gives us an opportunity to create something lasting. Not a temporary assignment and not a one-time gallery that disappears into the archives. Instead, it creates a permanent visual record that future members can look back upon and immediately recognize as part of the Conclave’s history.

I especially like that this pose will come directly from the women of the Conclave. Any member may nominate an idea. Every member will have a voice in selecting the final pose. The result will not belong to any one Domme. It will belong to the Conclave itself.

Once chosen, the Official Conclave Pose becomes something every model who serves FemdomU can contribute to. Current volunteers will complete it. Future volunteers will complete it. Years from now, visitors will still be able to browse the gallery and see the many submissives who participated in our programs and chose to become part of our shared history.

I believe traditions matter. They help transform an organization into a community and a collection of members into something larger than themselves. This resolution gives us the opportunity to create one of those traditions together.

I encourage the ladies to support this resolution, nominate creative ideas during discussion, and help us establish a permanent piece of Conclave history.

Option A Mizz Geena’s nomination: position 4, naked, kneeling and arms behind his back (similar to a position 1). He should be looking downwards or face covered. Wearing a COLLAR if he has one.

Option B Autumn’s nomination: position 5, from behind? They can choose to have something stuffed in there too. Presenting themselves as a useful hole for us.

Option C Amanda’s nomination:  #6, but taken from the front, and they can be offering us anything they find valuable. It would be interesting to see what they come up with for their photo.
