The Domme Conclave is FemdomU Magazine’s formal decision-making forum—a dignified space where all Staff and Guest Dommes have an equal voice in shaping the Magazine’s governance, culture, and internal protocols. Convened by the Editor-in-Chief, each Conclave spans 15 days: the first five for open discussion, the remaining ten for voting. Guided by a team of Directors, the Conclave ensures that every Domme can submit, comment on, and vote on resolutions—ranging from community rules to volunteer dynamics and discipline matters. Equal parts ritual and responsibility, the Conclave reflects our shared commitment to thoughtful leadership and collective power.
Conclave schedule
- Sept 2: Conclave III Opens; 5 -day Discussion Period Begins.
- Sept 6: Final day for Dommes to submit comments. Discussion Period ends at 11:59pm PDT.
- Sept 7: Voting Period Begins and lasts for 10-days, or until we achieve Full Command (100% of votes cast)
- Sept 16: Final day of Voting and the Conclave closes at 11:59pm PDT, unless already closed by Full Command.
- Sept 17: Conclave Results Published (*if Conclave closes early due to achieving Full Command, results are published the following day)

Conclave Resolutions
4.1 Welcome Queen Ketzeleh as a Voting Member
This resolution proposes that Queen Ketzeleh be welcomed as a full voting member of the FemdomU Conclave. Madam Nora has granted her the title of Guest Domme of the Magazine, and the Conclave Directors have voted to move this nomination forward to the full Conclave for final confirmation.
4.2 Update on the Double-Promoted Owned Boys and the Command Domme’s Recommendation on Their Continued Rank Setting
This resolution provides the required update on the status of the four volunteer submissives promoted under Resolution 2.6 with Conclave oversight. The Conclave is asked to review the progress and disposition of these subs, and to approve the Command Domme’s recommendations regarding their current rank and ongoing oversight.
4.3 Special Promotion of boxingglovelove
This resolution proposes that the volunteer submissive known as boxingglovelove be granted a special promotion in recognition of his significant and consistent contributions to FemdomU Magazine. His devotion has been evident through the creation of fiction works, provision of quality content, and his steadfast respect and service to the Dommes of the Magazine.
Resolution 4.4 Oversight of FemdomU Academy
This resolution proposes that the FemdomU Conclave establish formal and continuing oversight of the FemdomU Academy. The Conclave shall have full access to all training modules, curricula, and related Academy content for the purpose of evaluation, certification, and quality control.
Resolution 4.5 Embrace Diversity and Condemn Harmful Power
This Resolution declares that FemdomU Magazine, its Conclave, and its Members affirm a commitment to embrace and uphold diversity across all aspects of our work, community, and relationships.
