As Command Domme, I oversee the subs of the magazine—this includes both our staff subs and the growing group of volunteer virtual subs. Throughout the month, subs are evaluated based on their contributions and ability to follow commands. The Dommes of the magazine assign them various tasks and responsibilities, which earn them either Good Boy pats or punishment lashings, depending on their performance.

Here’s the April 2025 report on our subs:

Summary: Overall, the subs did an amazing job this April. Aside from one outlier, the staff subs exceeded their expectations and contract requirements. Our staff of volunteers grew, and we have some breakout stars who are providing some excellent service to the Magazine. Let’s break it down:

Staff Subs

Our staff subs have a monthly performance target for Good Boy pats as part of their evaluations. Any punishment lashings assigned are documented accordingly.

Zeek
Good Boy Quota Met? YES
Total Punishment Lashings: 22

Zeek has been providing far more than his contracted requirement as the Magazine uses his skills for developing some upcoming projects. Even so, he does fall behind on expected deadlines, and that’s where most of his punishment lashings come from. He is also paying the price for not having finished some previous tasks – Mistress Meghan reminded me how frustrated I am with the lack of notifications for website actions like comments being left on a post. But, overall he has proven his value to the Magazine over and over, and marked his 1 year anniversary under contract to FemdomU.

Shawn
Good Boy Quota Met? YES
Total Punishment Lashings: 10

Shawn also met his goodboy quota, and only earned 10 punishment lashings for a late assignment. Starting May first, Shawn has taken a personal leave of absence. He said it was okay to share that he’s taking the time to care for his wife who is ill. We will feel his absence here and he knows that his position will be ready for him when he is ready to return. Shawn, we are here for you if we can help in anyway.

Levi
Good Boy Quota Met? NO
Total Punishment Lashings: 105

Levi, is our exception this month – he did poorly. Although we’ve seen some great articles and poetry from him, those were his assignments completed last month. April has yielded exactly ZERO completed assignments.

This is tough, because I love Levi, and I know he’s had some personal difficulties. But he’s also gone silent, not responding to recent inquiries by the Dommes. April was the 2nd month of his 90-day action plan, and he failed miserably in every measurement possible. Yesterday, May 1st, Levi received both a certified letter and an email giving him until the end of business on Monday ,May 5th, to respond and complete some contractual obligations. Otherwise, Nora has informed him that the Magazine will terminate his contract.

Total Punishment Lashings: 80 (+ taking lashings earned by all the sub!)

duckie had a rough month, and from what I understand, he’s in for a pretty extreme punishment session this month. He actually has 80 lashings of his own due. He’s fallen behind on some of his basic Magazine responsibilities, and the ladies are all noticing. His total of 80 is low compared to his transgressions, but we know he’s going to be paying for all the boys’ mistakes, and there are plenty for him to get his fill of lashings.

Virtual Volunteer Service Subs

In addition to earning Good Boy pats and punishment lashings, our volunteer subs now have the opportunity to earn badges that will be displayed on their profiles.

mr.sub was demoted by the unanimous decision of the Conclave I. He is dangerously close to losing his position at the top of the Volunteers. And yet, he hasn’t taken action to complete his tasks and resolve the issues at hand. So, zero good boy points again, and this month he earned 100 lashings. Here’s the thing – 50 of these were assigned by Madam Nora as “unforgivable,” which means that they cannot be reduced by any means. Those 50 lashes will be transferred, in full, to duckie. Mrsub is still expected to take his actual lashings, too – because if he doesn’t, those 50 unforgivable lashings aren’t just transferred to duckie – they are doubled for him.

anonsub had a productive start to April, completed some outstanding tasks. However, he’s been fairly non-exisitent on the site for the better part of the month. More punishment marks then good boy points. I confirmed with his owner that he has been under strict punishment most of the month. I asked her to consider writing a letter to the forum outlining his transgression and punishment – she’s considering it.

All the other boys need to take notice – my little show boy accomplished something nobody else has yet – a full month with zero punishment marks. He broke the record for good boy points in a month (previously set by him). He also led the way as our first submissive male model willing to bare it all, setting an example for others to follow. He’s getting a special honor this month, announced soon!

Level I Novice Servants

I know this boy has a lot of things going on – not the least of which are his responsibilities to his wife’s pussy (hence, his name) and his family, work, etc. However, he did give his Command Domme hope that he was returning, at least partially, to some of his duties here. He ended the month with 6 incomplete and overdue tasks. These weren’t even difficult ones – they were mostly tasks to read and leave comments, welcome the new team members, etc.

I don’t know if he’ll have the opportunity to receive his own lashings in time, and it doesn’t matter this month. I’ve marked these as unforgivable, so all 25 lashings will be transferred to duckie. Nora will make sure those 25 are well noted as belonging to PS.

On Leave
piggy has been taken off our roster, for now, by his owner. She is travelling and does not want his attention focused anywhere but on her, which is understandable! The clock was ticking towards his 6-month anniversary of service to the Magazine, but per her request, we put his service contract on pause. When she’s ready to allow him to return, we’ll continue the service clock and adjust his anniversary dates. He’s a good boy, and we look forward to his return.

One of my ‘owned-boys’ eleven has proven himself to be a very useful and obedient sub. I’ve spoken a lot of my four boys and their accomplishments, so I’ll keep these brief. He broke the record for good boy points, and has some minor transgressions for which he’s receiving his punishment spankings. He has obeyed his Command Domme wonderfully, posing fully nude every which way I’ve asked as one of my new submissive male models!

Another of my “owned-boys” who I am so proud of, subjay had a terrific month too. He also broke the record on good boy points, submitted some amazing written content for the blog and the Magazine’s features. His punishment marks were for relatively small transgressions, and probably do not give him quite as many as he’d like (this boy likes to be spanked!). And now, he’s also one of my submissive male models!

My obedient pet has gotten so into posing nude, he was almost disappointed when I hadn’t published everything yesterday! Punishment Ceremony: duckie’s Fate

Per our punishment protocol, poor duckie—the Magazine’s service sub and Madam Nora’s personal property—must physically endure all punishment lashings assigned across the subs.

His punishment ceremony will take place: FRIDAY MAY 9th.

Madam Nora has informed me that she has arranged a special event for his punishment this month, and is planning it to be perhaps his most extreme one yet. She’ll be posting an update very soon with details.

As of now, duckie’s total stands at 481 lashings.

duckie’s punishment ceremony is held once a month when his owner, the magazine’s Editor-in-Chief Madam Nora Sinclair adminsiters his lashings, usually in a private group ceremony.

Why does he take lashings for all the subs? A big part of duckie’s responsibilities is ensuring the team of subs are all meeting deadlines and staying on track. This ceremony is a monthly reminder for him to improve his efforts.

So, for his April punishment:

Now, each sub has the opportunity to take their own punishment lashings. By doing so, they’ll reduce the number duckie has to endure. I’m going to be making a few individualized offers to some of the subs, giving them an opportunity to help duckie even further.
