I am pleased to announce that Conclave II is now officially closed. Over the course of this session, we considered 10 resolutions—and the results speak for themselves.
We passed three charter amendments, approved four new programs and rule changes, rated our lead-sub Zeek’s first year of service, and issued double-promotions to four of our volunteer subs. It was, without a doubt, a highly productive Conclave.
Charter Amendments:
- We created a process for handling emergency Conclave decisions
- We established a Health and Safety review to apply to all Conclave actions
- We modified the rules governing our Discussion periods
Our Conclave boy, duckie, is already working to implement these updates into the official Charter. The new version will be ready before the next session.
New Programs and Rules:
- We established a Volunteer Sub Report Card system to track performance across the board
- We approved the creation of Conclave Dick Ratings as a benefit for participating volunteers
- We launched the Book of Measurements, which will record vital stats for our subs. Domme Jessica is forming a Measurement Committee to define what will be recorded and how
- We approved the Domme Messaging System, giving our readers a way to reach out directly to the Dommes with messages of respect, worship, and appreciation. Zeek and his team will begin implementation immediately
Performance Review:
We completed the first Conclave Performance Rating for Zeek Strong, our lead-sub and website manager. His results were solid, but there’s still room to grow in his second year with the Magazine.
Promotions:
We unanimously approved double-promotions for four of Mizz Geena’s owned boys—an unprecedented move. With that honor comes added responsibility. All four will now face increased scrutiny and higher expectations as they continue to serve under the watchful eye of the full Conclave.
