Conscripted Workout Plan

In ConclaveIII, we unanimously agreed to conscript our volunteer mlp to command workouts with the required outcome of an improved body rating. As the boy just recalled to me in his email reply to this plan:
“I’m starting to feel like the entire conclave’s little bitch now.”

He’s right – because I’ll be asking the help of all the ladies throughout the 90-days, both with his punishments and his rewards, and I’m encouraging them to send him surprise inspection commands to see his progress.

Official Notice of Conscripted Service
To sweatpet, also known as mommieslittlepet,
You are hereby conscripted by full command of the Third Conclave of FemdomU Magazine to submit to a 90-day term of physical improvement and submissive discipline under the direct control of Command Domme Mizz Geena.
Your orders begin June 30, 2025. You are to report fully to Mizz Geena and obey all assigned training, photo documentation, exposure, and behavioral tasks throughout the term. You will show remarkable, visible improvement with emphasis on the priority muscle groups identified by the Conclave.
Your body will be inspected. Your performance will be judged. And at the end of this term, the Conclave will reconvene to:
- Re-rate your physique
- Review your weekly progress reports
- Evaluate your obedience
- Determine appropriate reward or punishment
- Vote on continuation or modification of your conscripted training
This is not a fitness plan. This is a Femdom obedience protocol, and your submission is not optional.
Ongoing Oversight
- Your behavior and results are under continuous review by the Command Domme and the entire Conclave.
- You must be prepared to respond promptly to any surprise inspections issued by Mizz Geena or any Domme serving on the Conclave.
- The Conclave reserves the right to intervene at any time.
Workout Expectations
- 3 Gym Sessions Per Week
The workouts below are provided as your suggested structure, based on your priority areas.
You are strongly encouraged to work with a personal trainer to customize your plan while ensuring it remains focused on the Conclave’s ordered priorities.
Muscle Group Ratings and Priorities
All areas of your body have been reviewed and rated. All must be trained, but the lower-rated areas are to be emphasized with greater frequency and effort.
Primary Focus Areas

- Abdominals – 2.8
- Waistline – 2.9
- Chest – 3.8
Secondary Focus Areas
(Must be trained weekly)
- Shoulders – 4.9
- Quads – 5.0
- Hamstrings – 5.0
- Calves – 5.1
- Upper Arms – 5.2
- Upper Back – 5.3
- Glutes – 5.4
- Forearms – 5.6
Sample Weekly Gym Structure
Session A – Core Control & Chest Submission
- Incline Treadmill Walk – 10 min
- Flat Chest Press – 3 x 10
- Incline Pushups – 2 sets to failure
- Cable Crunches – 3 x 12
- Lying Leg Lifts – 3 x 15
- Plank + Hip Dip – 3 x 30 sec
- Side Plank – 30 sec per side
- Stretch: Core + Chest
Session B – Leg Discipline & Waist Reduction
- Elliptical – 7 min warm-up
- Leg Press – 3 x 10
- Romanian Deadlifts – 3 x 10
- Hamstring Curls – 3 x 12
- Goblet Squats – 2 x 10
- Glute Bridges – 3 x 15
- Wall Sit – 2 x 45 sec
- Finish: Treadmill Jog – 5 min
- Stretch: Quads + Hips
Session C – Upper Frame Aesthetic & Obedience
- Jump Rope or Row – 5 min
- Shoulder Press – 3 x 10
- Lat Pulldown – 3 x 10
- Lateral Raises – 3 x 12
- Dumbbell Rows – 3 x 10
- Bicep Curls – 3 x 12
- Tricep Extensions – 3 x 12
- Wrist Curls – 3 x 15
- Stretch: Arms + Lats
Mandatory Weekly Exposure
Locker Room Nudity (Minimum 1x/Week)
- You must be fully nude in the locker room for at least 5 continuous minutes during one of your weekly gym visits.
- This time is not for hiding or rushing. Dry off slowly. Move through the space without shame.
- Command Domme Mizz Geena may impose additional exposure instructions each week, including poses, rituals, or added time.
- After each exposure, you will send your Command Domme a personal reflection.
Weekly Report & Submission Protocol
Every Monday before 10 PM, you will complete and submit your full Progress Report Form, which will be:
- Reviewed by Mizz Geena
- Published publicly to theWHIP under your profile
- Shared with the Conclave for continued evaluation
Mizz Geena will determine what is included in your report each week. At minimum, every submission must include:
- Number of workouts completed
- Bodyweight and any other required measurements
- A summary of your progress and emotional state
- One or more inspection photos (as assigned)
Failure to submit your report on time will be treated as disobedience and may result in additional corrective training or a formal Emergency Vote.
Obedience Is the Standard
You are not being trained. You are being remade.
This is not about appearance. This is about proving you are submissive enough to follow through, obedient enough to stay exposed, and humble enough to improve.
We will be watching.
We will be judging.
You will serve.
Now begin.
No excuses. No delays.

This is another great testament to the magazine, I mean if anyone needs motivation to get in shape having it be done under order of 10 amazing women has to be up there as one of the top.
I’ve been fortunate enough to work with a few now, a couple more than others and i couldn’t say a bad word about any of them.
Hopefully MLP is feeling the same way, as his journey is locked in, his numbers are being watched as is his physique.
