Early Mornings and April Corrections

I am not a fan of early morning meetings, but that was exactly what was on my agenda today. A 7:30am conference call for our staff meeting. We had a full list of important issues to cover, so I made sure the boys had strong coffee ready. I was already on my second cup before the call even started, which is the only way I tolerate that kind of hour.
We covered quite a bit. One of the biggest items was our content plan. Moving forward, each staff member will be responsible for at least one blog post per week. Our readers clearly enjoy getting a closer look into how we actually live our femdom lifestyles, and this structure will help us deliver that consistently.
I also shared my plans for a weekly gallery featuring our submissive models as part of the For the Ladies Only feature. We have a strong lineup of content planned through the end of May, and I am very excited about how that is shaping up.
Of course, we also addressed Conclave V and the delays that have held it back. It was a productive discussion, and I believe we found a path forward. More updates will be coming soon on that.
Then we moved into staff reviews. Zeek, levi, and duckie were all present and received a preview of what is coming. I have individual meetings scheduled with each of them later today. In the spirit of Content is Queen, I will be sharing their individual reviews publicly in a blog post tomorrow. I will say this now, April is going to be a month of Corrective Actions for these boys.
I am still tallying the points for our volunteer subs, but overall they have been doing well. We continue to grow our group of submissive models, and I am pleased with the progress. That said, there are a few areas that need correction, and I will be sharing those details along with updated point standings in tomorrow’s post.
For now, I need more coffee. On mornings like this, my boys know the rule. My cup does not go empty. And if it does, well, that would be considered a very serious offense.
Gosh, we’ve (the Dommes) been doing a similar thing – on and off – for over a month: first spelling out what we accomplished in 2025, and not only with the boys but also with us, and creating the plan for 2026. The discussion is very useful (sometimes even arousing) but we’ve got to get past just talking soon.
