I learned this the hard way a few years ago.
New doctor. First visit. I figured it would be simple. Blood pressure, some forms, maybe a quick chat. I had no idea he planned to do a full physical. And I mean full.
So there I was, pants off, sitting on the exam table, with my cock locked in a cage.
His whole demeanor shifted. He started asking if I was in danger. Was someone abusing me? Was I suicidal? Was I being controlled against my will?
I tried to explain that I wear it by choice. That I’m a consensual submissive and fully aware of what I’m doing. He wasn’t having it. He said he wanted to refer me for a psychiatric evaluation.
I got dressed and slipped out before things escalated further. I never went back.
So listen up. Go cage-free for doctor visits.
This is not about shame. It is about getting the care you need without unnecessary complications.
Whether it’s a routine physical, a follow-up appointment, or a specialist consult, it’s always best to show up uncaged. Most medical professionals won’t blink at body piercings, tattoos, or kink-related accessories, but medical care should never be disrupted by a metal device around your genitals.
Why go cage-free?
- Comfort: You might need to lie on your back, move around, or get into awkward positions during your exam.
- Access: Your provider may need to examine areas affected by or near the cage—groin, inner thighs, or anything genital-related.
- Imaging and scans: Metal can interfere with X-rays, MRIs, or ultrasounds.
- Safety: If there’s an emergency, you don’t want added complications.
Take your health seriously. Your Domme would rather you miss a few hours of chastity than risk being unable to get proper care. Show up, uncaged and ready, and let your devotion show in how well you care for the body you serve with.
Good advice levi!
Noted, I know it’s likely different over here vs US but was wondering if I need to worry about that at all for my ‘health check’ next week, which does just list as been blood pressure, health talk, blood test etc.
Better to be safe than awkward I guess!
I would partially agree with this statement. But I feel you do NOT always have to go Cage-Free to a doctor appointment.
My wife (age 67) always accompany me to my medical appointments. When you get as old as we are (I’m 62) you have been to the doctors enough times to know when you are going to have to get undressed. Also, again you know the type of doctor you going to and you can pretty much decide if you have to go cage, free or not.
For example, when my wife/owner/key-holder escorts me to my yearly prostate and PSA test I am cage free. But when my wife escorts me to my dermatology appointment so the doctor can “ZAP” some skin cancer on my head & arms I know I will NOT be getting undressed because she never needs to get down there. She just looks at my arms, head and chest and back that is all. This may be different for someone who has lived on a nudist camp, their whole life and might have skin cancer in their bathing suit area!
