Phase 2 Ball Stretching Protocol Update
by eleven | Jul 10, 2025 |
Quick blog post to update on the ball stretching training that I am currently undertaking.
Phase 2 is now completed which is the introduction of the first ring device. For now just one applied daily working Jo from 20mins a day to 60mins.
This post is to report back anything I’ve noticed different in appearance, sensitivity and how I am feeling about the process. So here goes!
Firstly appearance, for me I don’t think I’m noticing much change yet, but that could be putting it down to the warmer weather maybe giving more stretch in the ball sack itself, the single ring certainly doesn’t seem to pull or add much weight as yet. Perhaps a little more stretch in the sack itself but again I’m not sure if I’m putting some of this down to warmer weather or them loosening at the moment.
I have tried days both caged and uncaged with the ring,
I did find that being caged with a ring took more work to ensure correct and comfortable positioning – aka not cutting off circulation giving me true blue balls so did need a little extra attention but once sorted I felt like I’d be good for more than the hour set for sure. No major changes noted in sensitivity – I do notice I get hard typically when first applying oddly but that could just be the extra attention going on down there.
The main change I think at this stage I’m feeling is the awareness while wearing it, what it means, who I’m doing it for. I guess it’s kind of feeling like I’m being controlled by the balls, and that that ring symbolises that control. I guess in a way it’s like a collar just in a different part. I know that while the ring is on, that I am doing it in submission to Miss Autumn and I’m not just thankful for this, but it kind of excites me too.
Looking forward to seeing what changes moving up a stage by adding more, or making that duration longer.
You are progressing fine, it will take at least three or four of these rings before you likely notice a difference.
I almost missed the fact that you were a day late publishing this post…
I was a day late yes Miss Autumn, it’s been a week – which is no excuse I can only apologise and insure it doesn’t happen again.
