I made some changes to our roster of volunteer subs. The boys who just aren’t cutting it, haven’t been available or able to contribute, can’t participate in our punishment and rewards program, or take weeks to respond, have been reclassified. They may still offer occasional value, and we now call them the Occasionally Obedient. I personally think of them as my “just the tip” boys, only experiencing the very tip of what submission to the Magazine can truly offer.

But my energy needs to go toward the subs who show up, contribute meaningfully, and help push our mission forward. These are the ones who provide value to me, to the Magazine, and to our upcoming project focused on bringing Femdom to a wider audience. I’ve submitted a resolution to the Conclave that will adjust the current rankings to reflect that focus.
