Spotlight on High-Impact Resolutions from Conclave II

As we cast our votes for Conclave II, I wanted to take a moment to highlight the resolutions I believe carry the greatest impact, especially for our wider community and for the subs who serve us.
That’s not to say any of the resolutions are unimportant. Items like establishing an Emergency Clause or reaffirming the Health and Safety Review are critical to our structure, but they focus more on internal governance. And while I’m personally thrilled about the Live Discussion resolution, its effect is mostly felt within the Conclave itself.
Now let’s look at the resolutions that reach beyond that—ones that shape how we lead, connect, and hold our subs accountable.
Resolution 2.4 – Volunteer Sub Report Cards
This will create a structured report card system for all our volunteers. For the first time, subs will be accountable not only to their Command Domme but to the full Conclave. It adds visibility, structure, and a new level of discipline to their service.
Resolution 2.9 – Book of Measurements
If passed, this will establish an official register of our subs’ physical stats. Documented, tracked, and visible. No hiding from your numbers. Readers will also have the chance to submit their own measurements to be added.
Resolution 2.10 – Domme Messaging System
This would launch a messaging platform that allows readers to send individual messages of adoration, respect, and worship directly to the Dommes. It opens a meaningful new channel of engagement.
Resolution 2.6 – Promotions for Mizz Geena’s Volunteers
This would promote four of Mizz Geena’s volunteers by two full ranks. But it comes with responsibility. Each sub will present before Conclave III and undergo a full performance review by the entire Domme body. It’s a high honor with high expectations.
These resolutions don’t just guide our behind-the-scenes structure. They shape how we live, serve, and lead within the FemdomU community. I can’t wait to see how the votes fall. The Conclave closes at 11:59pm on Tuesday 5/20 and results will be published the next day. (sooner if we achieve Full Command)
Years ago krissi and I lived in a community with numbers of military people. Different. I learned numbers of things, including some of their expressions.
In this case: RHIP / RHIR: Rank has its privileges / rank has its responsibilities.
This perspective influenced me.
Dommes hold rank.
With it comes (so many fabulous) privileges.
And also responsibilities.
Boys are what we make them.
No dodging our responsibilities.
