Hello everyone,

This week, given the holiday, I’m not issuing our usual sub report. I think everyone deserves a bit of leniency to enjoy the time with family and friends without the added pressure. So, consider this week a small gift from me to all of you — a chance to recharge and reset.

However, it’s not all festivities and relaxation. I’ve noted a few lapses that have landed a couple of our boys on the naughty list for December due to missed deadlines. Let’s just say I’m bracing myself for a rather intense report next week.

Enjoy the holiday, but remember, the expectations for your performance and commitments remain high. I’m certain next week’s report is going to be a doozy. Make sure you’re not one of the names on that list!
