Mizz Geena has been training me in Nipple Domination. This training has got my attention and has me looking forward to more.

In the first session Mizz Geena instucted me to wear nipple clamps for 10 minutes. When I first put the clamps on I felt sharp pain followed by numbness after a few minutes. I was also aroused. After taking the clamps off my nips became super sensitive with circulation returning.

On the second session Mizz Geena instructed me to wear the clamps for 15 minutes. Again sharp pain followed by a feeling of numbness. I was also aroused. Also my nips became super sensitive with circulation coming back.

On the third session Mizz Geena instucted me to wear the clamps for 15 minutes. The results were similar to the first 2 sessions. My nips did feel somewhat more sensitive however.

In the fourth session Mizz Geena instucted me to wear the clamps for 25 to 30 minutes if I could. I wore them fot 30 minutes. Again sharp pain followed by numbness and then super sensitive after taking clamps off. I was aroused also.

This past Saturday Mizz Geena instructed me to wear the clamps in public under a loose fitting shirt while on a walk or errand. For this I put on jeans, no underwear and a sweat shirt over the nipple clamps. I decided to walk to the podt office to collect my mail. Me being somewhat an exibitionist I was hoping to encounter some people. That didn’t happen however. Thos took about 40 minutes total after walking back home. My nips were very numb when I took the clamps off. They looked “mashed” and very white. As the circulation came back they were very sensitive. And I was aroused the whole time!
