FUM Rule for Staff Domme / staff sub Interactions

by | Feb 26, 2025 | 0 comments

Making plans to visit Madam Nora before she moves. While I’m there, I’ve been invited to take part in duckie’s monthly punishment ceremony. Should be an interesting experience.

Now, I want to take a moment to explain the rule when it comes to in-person interactions between staff Dommes and staff subs. This might ruin the fantasy some have of us working in a Femdom office, the women ruling over the men every day—but the reality is, any in-person interactions are strongly discouraged.

Why? Simple. Legally, all the Dommes are supervisors to the male staff, which means workplace laws apply. No casual sessions, no power exchanges, nothing of that nature unless a formal legal process is followed. Madam Nora has a system in place for rare exceptions—for example, if Mizz Geena ever decided to host Zeek at her home (not saying it’s happening, but it has been discussed), there would be a visit from her lawyer, contracts to sign, a long list of rules, and plenty of paperwork to make it all official.

However, my visit to Nora’s doesn’t require any of that because duckie isn’t technically an employee. He is officially Madam Nora’s property—as official as the lawyers could make it, with NDAs and all. That means the hierarchy is already established, and I can do whatever Nora allows. No long, tedious legal session required.

Looking forward to the trip.
