June is Men’s Health Awareness Month, and we’re marking the occasion by turning the spotlight on something very important: the well-being of our submissives. Throughout the entire month, we’ll be highlighting how subs should be maintaining their health—not just for themselves, but for the Dommes who expect them to serve in peak condition.
Every single day, I’ll be posting a Men’s Health Quickie. These are short, focused reminders that every sub should treat as a daily checklist. And for Dommes, they can serve as task assignments, conversation starters, or part of your health-focused training protocols.
In addition, we’ll be publishing several featured articles every week. Some will be clinical, others will be light-hearted, but all of them will address men’s health from head to toe. We’ll be talking about mental health, emotional regulation, cardiovascular fitness, nutrition, sexual function, and more. His brain, his stamina, his penis, his prostate—we’re not leaving anything out.
It all kicks off June 1st with Nora’s Editorial. Then, on Monday the 2nd I’ll publish a feature article where I walk through the complete physical examination I perform on a submissive before Madam Nora considers him ready for her service. From intake questions to prostate checks, it’s a comprehensive look at how seriously we take male health here.
Join us all month long to learn, explore, and stay aware. His body is his tool—and we intend to keep it working at its best.
