The Fourth Conclave of the Dommes of FemdomU
The Fourth Conclave of the Dommes of FemdomU has come to its close, with all eleven Dommes casting their ballots. Achieving Full Command is always a significant event, and this session stands as another proud moment of collective strength. Each of the five resolutions on the agenda has now passed, bringing immediate changes to the Magazine, the Academy, and the lives of our Volunteers and subs.
Here is a summary of each resolution and its immediate effect.
Resolution 4.1 – Welcome Queen Ketzeleh as a Voting Member
Queen Ketzeleh has been formally welcomed as a Guest Domme of the Magazine and is now a full voting member of the Conclave. She brings her sadistic voice and passion into the heart of our leadership body. Immediate effect: she now holds all rights and privileges of membership, including the right to cast votes in Conclave matters and issue commands to the subs.
Resolution 4.2 – Oversight on Double-Promoted Volunteers
The Conclave reviewed the four Volunteers who were advanced by two full ranks under Resolution 2.6. Subjay resigned and has been adjusted back to Volunteer I, while exibishboy retired in good standing and retains his higher rank. Eleven and mommieslittlepet remain active and vital, with their double-promotion continuing under Conclave oversight. Immediate effect: both active boys retain their current standing, with a final decision on permanent confirmation scheduled for the fall.
Resolution 4.3 – Special Promotion of boxingglovelove
Boxingglovelove has been promoted from Volunteer I directly to Volunteer III, in recognition of his steady service, quality writing, and devotion to the Dommes. The Conclave will maintain direct oversight, with reviews after three and six months. Immediate effect: he now serves at the higher level, with no further promotion eligibility during this six-month probationary period.
Resolution 4.4 – Oversight of the FemdomU Academy
The Conclave has assumed formal and continuing oversight of the FemdomU Academy. Members will review, certify, and guide the training modules to ensure the Academy reflects the mission and values of the Magazine. Immediate effect: all Conclave members will now have rights of access to Academy training materials and authority over certification, giving the Academy its first official governance structure.
Resolution 4.5 – Embrace Diversity and Condemn Harmful Power
The Conclave has entered into its permanent record a declaration affirming our commitment to diversity and the rejection of power used to harm or exploit. The resolution commands both Dommes and submissives of FemdomU to embody respect, inclusivity, and ethical use of authority. Immediate effect: this principle now guides all future deliberations, training, and discipline, standing as one of the defining values of the Magazine.
Moving Forward with Strength
With all five resolutions passed under Full Command, the Fourth Conclave demonstrated both unity and vision. Queen Ketzeleh joins our leadership, Volunteers are recognized and guided, the Academy gains oversight, and our Magazine enshrines its ethical commitments. The Dommes have spoken, and the impact will be felt across FemdomU.
