A method of deepening control and clarifying the power dynamic between you.
Whether he’s kneeling at your feet or sending photos from across the country, putting him into position is one of the most effective tools in your dominance. This guide is written for Dommes who want to know why they should pose their sub, how to do it, and what to expect from the practice.

For the Dommes – I’ve written this guide to help women of all experience levels learn how to put their subs into position, and why each one might serve her needs. Each pose includes detailed instructions and visual variations, including side and back views, chastity positioning, and the hard pose, so you can explore different applications of each. I’ve also included a fun challenge for each pose—a creative way to test and train your submissive using the position as your foundation.
There’s a second benefit, ladies, and that is the eye candy. We encourage all of our volunteer subs to bare it all for the Dommes. Several have done just that, offering their naked submission to be featured in this guide. They are handsome in their vulnerability, and proud to be displayed for your pleasure and inspection. Each pose includes a section just for you. These are your training notes. They’ll tell you exactly where your knees go, how to hold your spine, where to place your hands. You don’t need to understand why she puts you in the pose. That’s not your job. Your job is to look your best in it, and hold the position without whining, until she says you’re done. Practice hard. She’ll know if you didn’t.

Why Pose Him?
When you put a submissive into position, you are directing more than just his body. You are training his attention. You are showing him that even his stillness belongs to you. Holding a position teaches discipline, body awareness, and the delicious edge of discomfort. It gives you the chance to see him fully exposed and fully obedient at once.

The Virtual Sub and Photo-Based Obedience
For virtual dynamics, photos are your inspection tool. They provide proof. They turn your voice into a physical result. Telling a remote sub to take and send photos in specific poses keeps him engaged, exposed, and trained. It becomes part of his weekly or even daily assignments.
You can tell so much from how he presents himself. How much effort did he make? Did he shave? Did he light the room well? Did he make himself desirable for you, or was he sloppy? These things matter, and they reveal the seriousness of his service.
Photos are also documentation. Use them for praise or punishment. Keep a gallery of his growth, his most humiliating moments, or his most beautiful acts of surrender. Posing connects you, even across distance.
Clothed, Shirtless, or Nude?
How he appears in the pose is entirely your decision. Some Dommes enjoy the teasing effect of a partially clothed or pantied sub. Others prefer to keep their training sessions strictly visual, leaving a little to the imagination. But let’s be honest—most Dommes will want full nudity.
Full nudity signals devotion. It proves his willingness to bare not just his body, but his ego. There’s no hiding when he’s fully exposed. It says: Here I am. For you. Owned.

A Note About Body Positivity and Ability
At FemdomU, we proudly celebrate body diversity. We encourage all submissive men to bare all, regardless of body shape, size, color, age, scars, or softness. Your worth here is not in how much you resemble a model, but in how deeply you submit. A well-posed body is not one that looks perfect, but one that shows devotion. That’s what we want to see—your obedience made visible.
This guide is about service, not perfection. It’s about letting go of shame and stepping fully into your role. Every body has something to offer. If you’re willing to expose yourself and present yourself in service to a Domme, then you belong here.
Now, a practical note: some of these poses are physically demanding. Only subs who are capable of performing them safely should attempt them. There is no shame in limitation, and no virtue in injury. If a pose is beyond what your body can currently do, adapt.
I’ve worked with submissive men in wheelchairs. We focused on upper body and facial expression to convey submission. I’ve worked with older men who ask if they can avoid kneeling. Of course, boys. I can always find ways to position you for my pleasure. Submission isn’t measured by your flexibility. It’s measured by your willingness.
So to any sub who worries he can’t do them all—don’t. Choose one or two you can do, and do them beautifully. Train, improve, and present those poses with pride.

Pose #1: Wait
WAIT is a standing pose of respectful stillness, used to display a sub’s readiness, obedience, and patience. His feet are slightly apart, spine tall, and hands folded neatly behind his back. With shoulders open and head upright, he presents himself calmly and without demand, awaiting your next command. Whether clothed, nude, or adorned with accessories, this pose signals discipline and submission—he knows his place, and he will not move until you say so.
Pose #2: Inspection
The Inspection pose is a bold display of obedience and exposure. Standing tall with hands behind the head, the submissive offers every inch for the Domme’s gaze. Whether nude or restrained, this position reveals more than just skin. It reveals discipline, vulnerability, and the thrill of being fully and unapologetically seen.
Pose #3: Wall
Wall Pose is one of the most instantly corrective and visually symbolic positions in a Domme’s toolkit. It strips the sub of any illusion of control and places him directly in the role of the punished, the inspected, or the object awaiting use. This pose is not a request. It is a command.
I think my best pose is the one where I’m wearing my chastity belt, however, I have no problem posing completely exposed.
I prefer naked. After all, boys have no private parts.
