Being bent over a bench, crawling on the floor, or holding arched positions can put real strain on your lower back. A little soreness after a scene can be normal, but pain that lingers more than a day is a warning sign. Pay attention to stiffness, sharp twinges, or limited movement. Strengthening your core and stretching regularly helps protect your spine and improves endurance in position. Ignoring back pain does not make you tougher. You cannot serve well with a seized-up spine.
