Full Command Achieved as Conclave VI Concludes

The Sixth Conclave of FemdomU has officially concluded, and I could not be happier with both the participation and the outcome. Every one of our thirteen voting Command Dommes cast her ballot, allowing us to once again achieve Full Command, our highest standard of governance. While unanimous votes are always satisfying, what matters even more is that every resolution received thoughtful discussion before voting began. That process is what continues to make the Educational Matriarchy stronger with each Conclave.

For readers who may be unfamiliar with our governance, the Conclave is the governing body of FemdomU. It is where our Command Dommes debate proposals, refine ideas, and ultimately vote on matters affecting our Magazine, Academy, volunteers, and educational mission. Every proposal is sponsored by a member of Conclave, discussed openly, then submitted for formal voting. Full Command Once Again

Achieving Full Command is something we never take for granted. Every voting member participated, meaning every voice within our governing body was heard before these decisions became official policy.

As our membership continues to grow, coordinating thirteen busy women spread across different schedules becomes increasingly challenging. Yet every member made the time to review each proposal, consider the discussion, and cast her vote. That level of commitment reflects exactly what Conclave was created to represent.

The results were overwhelmingly decisive. Most resolutions passed unanimously, while the few that generated differing opinions still received overwhelming support. Healthy discussion followed by unified action remains one of the greatest strengths of this organization.

Resolution 6.1 Welcoming Bliss Witch to Conclave

Our first resolution passed with unanimous consent, officially welcoming Bliss Witch as the newest voting member of Conclave.

Every new Command Domme brings fresh experiences, different perspectives, and additional expertise. Bliss Witch has already demonstrated her dedication to FemdomU, and we are excited to have her helping shape the future of our Educational Matriarchy.

Resolution 6.2 The FemdomU Book of Submission

By unanimous vote, Conclave officially established the FemdomU Book of Submission.

Although we will be sharing much more information about this project over the coming days and weeks, I can say that this represents one of the most meaningful initiatives we have undertaken in quite some time.

Our community continues to grow, with volunteers, Academy students, supporters, and submissives from around the world participating in our educational mission. The Book of Submission will become an enduring record recognizing those who willingly choose to place themselves under the Educational Matriarchy.

Some traditions deserve permanence. We believe this will become one of them.

Resolution 6.3 Confirming Headboy eleven

Another unanimous vote officially confirmed volunteer sub eleven as the FemdomU headboy.

Many readers already know eleven through his tireless volunteer work, his professionalism, and his willingness to quietly step forward whenever something needs doing. Leadership within a submissive community is not about authority over others. It is about service, consistency, accountability, and setting an example.

Headboy is an earned position, not an honorary title.

His responsibilities will continue expanding as he helps mentor volunteers, support Academy activities, and strengthen the culture of respectful submission throughout our community. I have every confidence that he will wear the title well.

Resolution 6.4 A New Standard for Sub Communication

Communication may not sound glamorous, but it affects nearly every interaction within FemdomU.

By unanimous vote, Conclave adopted the FemdomU Sub Communication Policy, establishing clear expectations for how submissives communicate with Dommes, fellow subs, volunteers, Academy instructors, and our broader community.

One of the goals of the Educational Matriarchy has always been teaching men to communicate respectfully, thoughtfully, and professionally. Submission is demonstrated through actions just as much as through protocol. Learning to write clearly, listen carefully, and interact appropriately reflects discipline every bit as much as completing a physical task.

Readers and volunteers can expect additional guidance and training materials as we begin rolling out this new policy over the coming weeks.

Resolution 6.5 Establishing the Official Conclave Pose

Sometimes tradition begins with something surprisingly simple.

Conclave unanimously agreed to establish an Official Conclave Pose, giving our volunteer models a standardized position that represents submission under the Educational Matriarchy.

Several excellent proposals were considered, but with 69 percent of the vote, or nine of thirteen ballots, Conclave selected Option A, originally nominated by Mizz Geena, as the official pose.

Standardized presentation helps reinforce shared identity throughout an organization. Whether appearing in educational articles, volunteer photography, Academy materials, or future ceremonial events, the Official Conclave Pose will become an instantly recognizable symbol of respectful submission within FemdomU.

Resolution 6.6 A Directive for Zeek

By a decisive 92 percent majority, with twelve of thirteen members voting in favor, Conclave directed Zeek to receive a body modification as commanded by his wife.

The vote itself considered two options. Seven members selected bilateral nipple piercings, while five preferred the proposed tattoo. As the majority choice, the official directive is clear.

Zeek is hereby commanded to receive piercings in both nipples within the next thirty days.

Like many Conclave directives involving the subs, this reflects the consensual structure and accountability that define service within our organization. It also demonstrates the trust placed in Conclave by those who voluntarily submit themselves to its authority.

Resolution 6.7 Supporting Miss Amanda’s Educational Process

The final resolution also passed successfully.

With eleven affirmative votes and two abstentions, Conclave formally directed Miss Amanda’s two intern submissives to reconsider their existing hard limit regarding bisexual activity through guided introspection, structured discussion, and carefully supervised experimentation under Miss Amanda’s direction.

This resolution is not about removing consent or forcing outcomes. Rather, it recognizes that people sometimes establish limits based upon assumptions they have never fully examined. Growth often begins with honest conversation, education, self-reflection, and a willingness to question long-held beliefs.

Ultimately, each individual remains responsible for understanding their own boundaries. Conclave’s role here is simply to support Miss Amanda’s educational process as she guides her interns through that exploration.
