Resolution 6.4 Adoption of the FemdomU Sub Communication Policy
Sponsor: Madam Nora Sinclair
Official Text of the Resolution:
The FemdomU Conclave recognizes that communication is one of the most important forms of service provided by submissives within the organization. As FemdomU continues to grow across the Magazine, Academy, theWHIP, volunteer program, and Conclave, clear expectations regarding communication help ensure professionalism, respect, consistency, and effective collaboration between Dommes and submissives.
The Conclave further recognizes that many expectations regarding communication have historically existed as customs, traditions, and informal guidance rather than as a formally adopted policy.
Therefore, this resolution proposes the formal adoption of the FemdomU Sub Communication Policy as an official organizational policy governing communications between submissives and Dommes throughout FemdomU.
The policy establishes standards regarding:
• Respectful and professional communication with Dommes.
• Appropriate expectations for requests and interactions.
• Writing and grammar standards.
• The existing Conclave requirement that submissives respond when commented to by a Domme.
• Approved communication channels for Staff Dommes and Guest Dommes.
• Community participation standards when engaging with Dommes and fellow submissives.
If adopted, the FemdomU Sub Communication Policy shall become official FemdomU policy and shall apply to all staff subs, volunteer subs, Academy students, and other submissives participating in FemdomU activities, unless a specific exception is granted by a Domme with appropriate authority.
The full text of the FemdomU Sub Communication Policy shall be maintained within the official Conclave records and may be amended by future Conclave action.
Options for Your Vote:
YES Adopt the FemdomU Sub Communication Policy as official FemdomU policy.
NO Do not adopt the policy at this time.
AMEND: Submit an amendment to be considered during the next Conclave. (Note: amendments will be considered to both this resolution and the policy)
This resolution requires a Grand Majority (90%) to pass.
Note from the Sponsor:
As Editor-in-Chief, I believe one of the best ways we can support both our Dommes and our submissives is by making expectations clear. Most of what appears in this policy is already how our community operates. The purpose of this resolution is not to create new restrictions, but to document our existing standards and provide guidance for future members.
Our Dommes donate an enormous amount of time creating content, mentoring students, participating in discussions, and helping shape this community. They deserve communication that is respectful, professional, and thoughtful.
Likewise, our submissives deserve clear guidance regarding what is expected of them. A boy should not have to guess whether he should reply to a comment from a Domme, how he should contact a Guest Domme, or what standards apply when publishing content under the FemdomU banner.
This policy helps preserve our culture while giving future generations of submissives a clear roadmap for successful service.
I encourage every member of the Conclave to read the policy in its entirety before voting.

This is long overdue. Having a clear set of rules is important.
I also think it would be great to turn this into a brief training module, once approved.
This is long overdue, and necessary to make sure the subs understand what is expected. I think not only should we have a training module (great idea Geena) but perhaps after we adopt this we should ensure that it is very visible and shared with our sub-readers as well.
I suppose this is good. Maybe have it turned into a easy list of Sub Do and Do Nots – something for even the tiniest of sub brains to comprehend?
This seems reasonable. I haven’t had a lot of interaction with the subs there, beyond duckie and zeek, but this all makes sense.
Agree with Geena; even in my very limited experience: needed!!
