FemdomU Magazine: Punishment and Reward System for Subs

This protocol outlines the assignment of both punishment and reward points for all Magazine subs, including staff and volunteers. It also details the administration of these punishments and rewards.

Reward System: Good Boy Pats

Good Boy Pats are earned by completing tasks that please a Domme. They are typically assigned by the Command Domme for tasks and assignments. However, any Domme, including Guest Dommes, may award Good Boy Pats to any sub at their discretion.

Punishment System: Punishment Lashings

Punishment Lashings are earned for actions that displease a Domme. They are typically assigned by the Command Domme for late, missing, or unsatisfactory tasks and assignments. However, any Domme, including Guest Dommes, may assign Punishment Lashings to any sub at their discretion.

Monthly Reporting:
At the beginning of each month, the Command Domme’s Sub Report in WHIP will publish the total Good Boy Pats and Punishment Lashings accumulated by the subs.

Administration of Punishment Lashings

As the Magazine’s service sub and Madam Nora’s personal property, duckie is required to receive the total punishment lashings accumulated by all subs. However, the team of subs has the opportunity to reduce the number of lashings duckie must endure.

Staff Subs

As per their contracts, staff subs are expected to receive their punishment lashings from their Dommes or, as a last resort, through self-administration.

• If a staff sub receives double their assigned lashings, duckie’s total will be reduced by 50%.

Volunteer Subs

Volunteer subs may choose to receive their own lashings, either from their Domme or through self-administration.

• If a volunteer sub takes 100% of their assigned punishment lashings, duckie’s total is reduced by 75%.
• If a volunteer sub takes fewer than 100% of their lashings, duckie’s total is reduced by 1 for every 2 lashings they receive.

Punishment Reports

All punishment reports must be submitted by the monthly deadline set by the Command Domme.

Domme-Administered vs. Self-Administered Punishments

When punishments are administered by a Domme, her judgment determines the severity of the session.

For self-administered punishments, subs must strictly follow the Self-Administration of Punishment Protocol.

Option to Participate for Volunteer Subs

As a Volunteer Sub, you have the option to fully participate in our Reward & Punishment System by experiencing discipline in real life. Your participation level is entirely your choice, and you can update it at any time by completing the designated form.

Participation and Punishment

If you choose to participate, you will be expected to receive physical punishment lashings each month upto to the number of punishment points you’ve accumulated. By taking your own lashings, you reduce the number that duckie must endure.

Your lashings may be administered by your Owner/Domme in real life or self-administered following our approved safety protocol.

Earning and Banking Good Boy Points

Volunteer subs who fully participate gain the additional benefit of banking Good Boy Points each month. These points accumulate and can be used in the future for:

• Prizes and awards
• Special privileges
• Even avoiding punishments

Non-Participation Option

If you do not wish to receive your own punishment lashings, you are not required to do so. In this case, duckie will take your full punishment load during his ceremony each month.

You will still earn Good Boy Points throughout the month, but you will not be able to bank them for future use.

No Obligation, No Penalty

The Dommes do not care whether you take your own lashings or allow duckie to take them on your behalf. Your choice will be respected, and you will not be penalized for opting out of physical discipline.
