Today marks volunteer sub charlie_’s 30-day anniversary since signing his contract with us—and normally, this would be a celebratory post.

Not today.

Oh wait… you can’t. Because he still hasn’t completed it. That’s right—no profile, no writing submissions, nothing to show. He’s holding up his own progress, and frankly, I’m not going to celebrate a sub who can’t even meet the minimum expectations.

So no promotion. Typically at 30 days, a sub moves from the Level 0 Pledge rank to Volunteer Rank I. But not charlie_.

He’ll stay a big Zero for the next 30 days. I’ll review his progress then. 👎

Also – not only does he receive some serious punishment marks, but both Zeek and duckie are going to receive some extras for not getting this volunteer over the mark in his onboarding.
