Conclave II: Discussion Heats Up as Voting Nears
by Mistress Heather | May 9, 2025 |
Conclave II is in full swing, and the Discussion Phase has been lively to say the least. Most of the Dommes have already weighed in with their comments, and we’re heading into the Voting Phase this Sunday.
So far, there appears to be broad agreement on the passage of most resolutions—but two items are shaping up to be true toss-ups:
Resolution 2.5 proposes amending the current rule that requires all subs to reply when a Domme comments to them on the website. If passed, a punishment will be assigned to any sub who fails to respond within 72 hours. There’s clear agreement that failure to respond deserves consequences—but the debate lies in the specifics. Some Dommes want stricter timelines, others are pushing for a more flexible approach.
Resolution 2.6 is even more tense—Mizz Geena’s bold proposal to promote four volunteers by two full ranks. It’s an unprecedented move, and to pass, it requires unanimous consent from the Dommes. One single “no” vote will block the promotion for all four. The stakes are high, and so is the suspense.
And lastly, Resolution 2.9—the creation of a Book of Measurements—has already piqued the interest of our readers. I’ve heard from two who are eager to include their subs’ stats once the system is live. Clearly, this one is gaining traction fast.
Voting opens Sunday. Let’s see where the power falls.
I too have been following the comments on each resolution.
It’s surprising how involved I’ve been feeling about it, I mean I know we are subject to one or two so it make sense to be.
But seeing all the point of view, feedback and certainty a sense of the faith and trust being place in us. Does inspire me to rise up to each and every opportunity no matter how challenging.
