The Discussion Period for Conclave VI has officially concluded, and voting is now underway.

Over the next ten days, the members of Conclave will cast their ballots on the resolutions before us. As always, our goal is to achieve Full Command, meaning 100% participation from all voting members before the voting period expires.

With voting now open, the full text of every resolution is available for public viewing, along with all non-confidential discussion comments submitted by participating Dommes during the Discussion Period. If you’ve ever wondered how decisions are debated, refined, and ultimately adopted within the Educational Matriarchy, now is your opportunity to see the process in action.

Here is a quick overview of what Conclave is considering:

Resolution 6.1
Confirmation of Miss Bliss Witch as a voting member of Conclave. If approved, Conclave will expand to thirteen voting Dommes.

Resolution 6.2
Creation of the Book of Submission, a permanent record recognizing those who formally submit themselves to FemdomU’s Educational Matriarchy through either the Magazine or Academy.

Resolution 6.3
Confirmation of volunteer sub eleven as the official Headboy of FemdomU, formalizing his leadership role among our volunteer submissives.

Resolution 6.4
Adoption of the Sub Communication Policy, establishing standards and expectations for how submissives communicate with Dommes, each other, and the public through Magazine content and community participation.

Resolution 6.5
Selection of an official Conclave Pose, a permanent challenge pose that all current and future models will be invited to complete and contribute to the Conclave record.

Resolution 6.6
A body modification resolution concerning our lead sub. At the request of his wife, Mrs. Annie, Conclave is being asked to issue an official command and determine whether his next modification will be a specially designed tattoo or bilateral nipple piercings.

Resolution 6.7
Consideration of whether Mistress Amanda’s two summer intern submissives should be formally commanded to re-examine their stated limits regarding bisexual activity. The discussion centers on training, authority, personal growth, and the role of limits within a structured educational environment.

As always, Conclave exists to shape the future of the Magazine, Academy, and broader Educational Matriarchy. The discussions have been thoughtful, spirited, and at times challenging.
