I’ve seen the other ladies talk about it, but let me confirm—pegging is one hell of a workout. This morning, I was working up a serious sweat while absolutely pounding thing1 into oblivion, and my mind started to wander.

FemdomFitness.

A chain of gyms where women can go and get a proper workout.

  • Pegging stations for cardio and endurance.
  • Flogging and whipping zones to build upper body strength.
  • Maybe even a stamina training section—for those long teasing sessions where control is everything.

I’m starting to wonder if my husband would invest in this idea… 🤔

    I like this.
    I’m reminded of several years ago krissi was training with a fellow who specializes in maintaining fitness in “aging” pro athletes and me with his female partner.
    One day, krissi made some remark obviously tying fitness to game performance too closely. His trainer remarked, “Ya still gotta play your game.”
    So my thought about this is similar: would be a great way to refine and keep peaked otherwise solid general fitness.

    I’ve mentioned that krissi likes golf. This would be sort of like a golfer “hitting balls;” … very similar in some ways.
