Hey everyone,
Quick update on my New Year’s Femdom Fitness Plan (https://femdomu.com/treadmills-and-riding-crops-my-new-years-femdom-fitness-plan-begins/): So far, I’m on track!
I’ve been up at 5 every morning, hitting the treadmill before my brain has a chance to wake up enough to come up with excuses. Annie has me focusing on cardio for now, increasing my time and speed each week.
In the evenings, we’ve added long walks with the dogs. Honestly, they’d rather be home in bed, and convincing them to head out into the cold takes some effort—but hey, it’s good for all of us!
