As Command Domme, I oversee the subs of the magazine—this includes both our staff subs and the growing group of volunteer virtual subs. Throughout the month, subs are evaluated based on their contributions and ability to follow commands. The Dommes of the magazine assign them various tasks and responsibilities, which earn them either Good Boy pats or punishment lashings depending on their performance.

Here’s the January report on our subs:

Staff Subs

Our staff subs have a monthly performance target for Good Boy pats as part of their evaluations. Any punishment lashings assigned are documented accordingly.

Zeek

As lead sub, zeek carries a lot of responsibility—he manages the website, implements new features, and more. Unfortunately, he’s consistently behind on deadlines. This month, Madam Nora assigned him 35 punishment lashings for his deficiencies. I felt she covered it sufficiently, so I didn’t add any extra. That said, zeek did meet his Good Boy quota, so at least he’s balancing the scales.

Shawn

As our sub-editor, shawn is responsible for editing content submitted by other subs. With our Sub’s Oral Playbook edition this month, he had a full workload. He did receive 10 punishment lashings for missing deadlines but more than exceeded his quota for Good Boy pats.

Levi

Oh, levi, what can I say? His girlfriend actually met with Madam Nora, and they decided that his chastity release will now be tied to his performance. For every missed assignment, days will be added to his lock time.

Well, let’s just say this wasn’t a great month for levi. He was late on multiple assignments, earning 45 punishment lashings. Worse, he failed to meet his Good Boy quota, which is exactly why his girlfriend and Madam Nora agreed on the new arrangement.

Duckie

As usual, duckie was mostly a good boy. He did not earn any personal punishment lashings this month, but as per the Magazine Punishment Protocol, he will be taking on the physical punishment for all subs’ accumulated lashings. More on that later…

Virtual Volunteer Service Subs

In addition to earning Good Boy pats and punishment lashings, our volunteer subs now have the opportunity to earn badges that will be displayed on their profiles.

Level III Obedient Servitors

• mr.sub: Earned 10 punishment lashings, assigned by Madam Nora for an incomplete assignment. However, he also racked up 40 Good Boy pats and earned a new badge: Submissive Scribe.

Level II Devoted Contributors

• anonsub: Missed several deadlines and was assigned 30 punishment lashings. He earned 15 Good Boy pats this month.
• aristotle: Has taken a personal leave. I will miss my personal poet and wish him all the best. He is welcome back anytime.

Level I Novice Servant

• exibishboy: My star pupil this month! As a reminder, I hold my personal trainees to the highest standards, and they have more tasks and assignments than the rest. exibishboy has excelled, and I spell a promotion coming…
  • Earned: 40 punishment lashings (which I know he’ll self-administer per protocol).
  • Earned: 50 Good Boy pats, many of which were from his Holiday Challenge.
  • Badges earned: Submissive Scribe & Bare & Behaved!
• pussyslave: On the opposite end of the spectrum. He started missing so many tasks that I was concerned. Then he went completely silent—which really worried me. Eventually, he finally responded to zeek, his sponsor-sub, with the excuse that he was “too busy” to let us know what was going on.So, I’m no longer concerned—except about PS’s ability to function in the modern world. I mean, how hard is it to send an email?
  • The good news: He earned 14 Good Boy pats (mostly because his first article was finally published—even though he submitted it a month prior).
  • The bad news: With so many tasks still outstanding, he’s racked up 108 punishment lashings.
  • Badges earned: Submissive Scribe & SLACKER SUB.
• piggy: Skated by this month—only earning 5 punishment lashings, but also only earning 5 Good Boy pats. We did celebrate his 90 days of submission, so at least that’s something.

New Volunteer Sub!

We’ve brought on “hertoy” as a new Volunteer Sub Pledge. He just signed his contract at the end of January, so we’ll see what he contributes throughout February.

Punishment Ceremony: duckie’s Fate

Per our punishment protocol, poor duckie—the Magazine’s service sub and Madam Nora’s personal property—must physically endure all punishment lashings assigned across the subs.

His punishment ceremony will take place on Sunday, February 9th, in the evening. Madam Nora has arranged for a few guests to observe the event.

As of now, duckie’s total stands at 283 lashings.

I’m honestly not sure what that boy’s pain threshold is, but he does have an opportunity to reduce that number.

Each sub has the option (or should I say expectation…) to take their own punishment lashings. By doing so, they’ll reduce the number duckie has to endure.

How many will step up and take responsibility for their own punishments?
