Know the Signs of Sub Drop

Sub drop is real and it can hit hard—fatigue, sadness, anxiety, or feeling disconnected are all common symptoms after a scene. Dommes should check in, and subs should communicate how they’re feeling. Recognizing the signs early helps prevent emotional crashes.

    Great little piece of advice, for some it might be a game, for others a phase, others it might be their life. But as you point out its important to take a step back every now and then and check in from both sides that everything is indeed ‘ok’.
