madam’s new estate: early plans and cellar conversions
by duckie | May 21, 2025 |
got to take a peek at some of the design plans for madam’s new estate, and wow, she’s got some big things in motion. lots of renovations are underway, and while we’re still expecting to move in late summer, it might not happen until september.
here’s the wild part. the estate has four separate wine cellars. no clue who built it, but either they never drank the stuff and it just kept piling up, or they were absolute lushes. either way, madam only wants one for actual wine.
she’s keeping the cellar connected to the main kitchen as-is. that one will be for her personal collection.
but the other three? full conversions.
one of them is at the far end of the main house and is only reachable through a staircase that opens inside madam’s second-floor main suite. it leads down into a hidden underground cellar with no other entrance. she’s turning this into a private double-cell space, with two cages, each containing a simple bed, toilet, and sink. she’ll be able to open either cage with the push of a button and summon whoever is inside.
the second cellar is underneath the main house and is the largest. madam is opening it up to connect with the rest of the basement, which is mostly just storage right now. this one is going to become a fully functional bdsm dungeon. i actually get to lead this project and will be working with madam and the designer to create the space. it’s being built to host up to 50 people. we’re also planning to add two more entrances to increase the capacity, and madam has asked for an elevator. i’m doing my best to see if we can fit that into the budget.
the third cellar is located underneath the detached garages. madam has assigned me to lead that design as well. it’s being converted into living quarters for the live-in subs. it will have enough space to bunk up to 10 guys, which is more than we’ll need for day-to-day service, but perfect when she brings in extra staff for events and parties.
this place is going to be incredible. can’t wait to see it all come together.
This place and the project underway to make it hers sounds like something from a literal story book.
It’s great that she has given you a role in its development too.
Very envious (well more so than before) that this is every day for you both.
Keep us posted as it comes together!
dude, please convince her to let me visit!
Wow – I thought her home was extravagant when I visited a year ago – this new one is going to be over the top amazing. I would never expect an invitation, but I told Annie I’ll make sure our passports are up to date, just to be safe!
