As Command Domme, I oversee the subs of the magazine—this includes both our staff subs and the growing group of volunteer virtual subs. Throughout the month, subs are evaluated based on their contributions and ability to follow commands. The Dommes of the magazine assign them various tasks and responsibilities, which earn them either Good Boy pats or punishment lashings, depending on their performance.

Here’s the March 2025 report on our subs:

Summary: The theme for March was… Better than February. The staff subs ALL accomplished their good boy quotas, a requirement of their contracts with the Magazine. The volunteers did fairly well too, and we’re launching some new ones. Overall, I’m very proud of my boys!

Staff Subs

Our staff subs have a monthly performance target for Good Boy pats as part of their evaluations. Any punishment lashings assigned are documented accordingly.

Zeek
Good Boy Quota Met? YES
Total Punishment Lashings: 55

Zeek had a good month, meeting his good boy quota, and earning relatively few punishment marks. His punishment marks were all due to late projects and some ‘attitude adjustment’ marks assigned by a couple of the Dommes. I have a feeling with Madam Nora being preoccupied with her move, Zeek might have gotten away easy this month, but regardless, he’s always a crucial part of the website functioning.

Shawn
Good Boy Quota Met? YES

Shawn also had a better month. He worked out his issues with Mistress Heather, met his good boy quota and only earned 25 lashings. Like I said, better! He also gets a super big good boy pat for something he did privately – I learned about it from talking to his wife, and I agreed to keep it private. But, the deed he did demonstrated his commitment to holding women in high regard while being selfless and getting nothing in return. He did something that helped a lot of women in need, and they will never know about it. Very, very good boy Shawn.

Levi

Levi, might have been the most improved this month. Maybe looking at his punishment lashings might make you think he didn’t do well, and the truth is he had a few mishaps…

• Mistress Meghan assigned him 100 lashings for his inappropriate behaviour in the comments of her post. A tough lesson indeed!
• Mistress Heather assigned him a total of 80 for late assignments.
• Miss Autumn assigned him 10

Now, Levi received his first 100 lashings, more than once, during his visit with Zeek. So, he’ll have 90 that he still needs to receive.

It is also worth mentioning that he reached 195% of his quota for good boy pats, and accomplished all of his requirements in the first month of his 90-day Action Plan. This is part of his contract with the Magazine, and failure to accomplish every requirement of the action plan can lead to his dismissal – so I’m proud of him working so hard! I know he will keep it up throughout April now as well.

duckie was a good boy, and he’s dealing with a lot getting Madam’s estate packed and the big move. He met his quota on good boy points, and didn’t earn any personal lashings this month. Of course, I think the Dommes might have gone easy on him, but that’s okay!

In addition to earning Good Boy pats and punishment lashings, our volunteer subs now have the opportunity to earn badges that will be displayed on their profiles.

mr.sub is under review. His financial services to the Magazine remain valuable, but Madam Nora is determined to teach him a lesson about his incomplete writing assignments. As he reports directly to her, she’s wiped out his good boy points and assigned him 75 punishment lashings. She also sponsored a resolution in ConclaveI to demote him a level in rank. He definitely earned the Slacker Sub badge this month.

anonsub has been working on some research projects for Mistress Heather and submitted several pieces of AI artwork for future articles. He did well at racking up his good boy points. But, one thing we know about this boy is he needs to be punished. His owner asked us to give him 50 additional punishment marks, so we added those to the 8 he earned with us. I’m not sure it’s fair that duckie takes those 50 too… but I suppose he’s a big boy! 🙂

Once again, exibishboy was ‘top boy’ this month, leading with the most Good Boy Pats for the volunteers, and trailblazing by being the first to earn 3 brand-new badges. Plus, he has 2 badges I’m adding retroactively for previous accomplishments.

In all, he got most of his points for his modeling work and being engaged on the website. There are a couple of other ones, like how he made my neighbor smile! He does have some punishment marks for a late assignment and not following directions. Also, because I found out that when he wrote his “property of Mizz Geena” on his body for the photo, he accidentally used a permanent marker. Not so much the problem, but he didn’t tell me about it and denied me a good laugh! Well, I guess I should have phrased it as he “delayed” me a good laugh – anyhow, he got 10 for that!

piggy is an on again, off again sub, which is okay. He makes valuable contributions when he’s on. We’ve decided to transfer his oversight from me to Mistress Heather, as the work he does primarily falls within her area of responsibility. As the Command Domme, I’ll still oversee his work and submission as a volunteer, but Mistress Heather will manage his task list. As far as his accomplishments this month, he didn’t earn very many points at all – good and bad, so that’s something.

A promising start, this sub nearly beat exibishboy for the topboy position. He accomplished a lot in his first month, including signing over control of his orgasms to me. He posted his first blog and submitted his first 30 videos as a porn scout (not of him, he discovers femdom videos from our partners we can share on the video websites!) Today we completed his Ownership Transfer Ceremony – the third time I’ve done this (Aristotle, then exibishboy were my first two).

Another shining new volunteer, subjay took little time signing over his orgasm control to me. I know I’ll find another nickname for him eventually, but right now he is certainly my eager beaver. Most of his punishment marks come because he just really needs it – he practically begs me to assign him punishments. In fact, he confessed to me that he woke up last night and self administered himself spankings – and more – because he was aroused and couldn’t get his mind off it. You see, right now he’s not allowed to orgasm – not until we have his Ownership Trasnfer Ceremony this Saturday.

There are two more pledges – ‘mommieslittlepet’ and ‘beyo’ who have yet to move forward with any of their onboarding. I assigned each sub 15 punishment marks, and since they have not yet opted into our self-administration protocol, all 30 will be transferred to duckie.

Punishment Ceremony: duckie’s Fate

Per our punishment protocol, poor duckie—the Magazine’s service sub and Madam Nora’s personal property—must physically endure all punishment lashings assigned across the subs.

His punishment ceremony will take place late this month: APRIL 19th. He will just have arrived a couple days earlier to join Madam Nora at their new (temporary) home, and she’s planning a much smaller event. However, he will be taking his lashings for March.

As of now, duckie’s total stands at 626 lashings.

duckie’s punishment ceremony is held once a month when his owner, the magazine’s Editor-in-Chief Madam Nora Sinclair adminsiters his lashings, usually in a private group ceremony.

Why does he take lashings for all the subs? A big part of duckie’s responsibilities is ensuring the team of subs are all meeting deadlines and staying on track. This ceremony is a monthly reminder for him to improve his efforts.

So, for his February punishment:

Now, each sub has the opportunity to take their own punishment lashings. By doing so, they’ll reduce the number duckie has to endure. I’m going to be making a few individualized offers to some of the subs, giving them an opportunity to help duckie even further.
