Monitor Breathing in Hoods and Gags

by | Jul 22, 2025 | 0 comments

Any gear that restricts the mouth, nose, or airflow demands extra vigilance. Gags can block speech, but they can also make it harder to breathe or swallow. Hoods can trap heat and limit oxygen if not designed carefully. Watch for signs of distress—labored breathing, panic, skin color changes, or squirming that doesn’t match the scene. Always have a way to remove the gear instantly. Breath control is never something to “just try.” Monitor closely and make safety the priority every time.
