This past week Mizz Geena trained me on two facets of sub Domination. One was having my day planned out for each hour of the day. Mizz Geena had me describe a typical day for me.by the hour. I’m semi retired but I still work 2 or three days week to keep me occupied. I did as tasked and submitted to Mizz Geena. She then reviewed it and made a few changes such as directing which clothes to wear that day. I had to show proof with pictures that I was following the day as commanded. One was while on break I had to strip down to my underwear and take a picture showing I wore the underwear she had picked out for me. ( this really appealed to my exibitionist tendencies). I failed her in one regard as I forgot to post an orgasm on the masturbation report she had commanded me to perform while showering for work. I haven’t recieved punishment for that as yet.

Overall I accepted being commanded on how to carry out my day hour by hour and held accountable for each hour. It really appealed to my sub tendencies. The other training was Nipple Domination. Ill discuss that in another post.
