Wow. Can anyone think of another job where, on your one-year anniversary, your performance review is conducted in public by ten Dommes?
It was both terrifying and exhilarating.
Usually, I get to see everything web-related ahead of time because I’m the web guy. But this time I had no access to the voting platform or comments until everything went live. I woke up that morning, realized my review was going to be online, and immediately broke into a cold sweat.
That said, I’m honestly happy with how I scored. A 4.6 out of 5 on overall performance feels like an A to me. I also clearly see where I need to improve, and those areas matched exactly what Madam Nora highlighted in her own independent review. My contract is with her, but I know I must work to please all of the Dommes.
I won’t go into every detail, but I will say this. My Conclave rating came in even higher than my job performance review. That was definitely encouraging.
To every member of the Conclave, I want to sincerely thank you. Each of you took the time to review my performance, share your thoughts, and leave feedback that was not only honest but deeply motivating. I know you each have full lives, demanding responsibilities, and plenty of your own projects, and yet you still chose to engage in this process with thoughtfulness and care. That means more to me than I can say.
I do not take it for granted that I am part of something this unique and challenging. To be seen, judged, and guided by such powerful and intelligent women is not just humbling. It is an incredible privilege. Your feedback helps shape me into a better servant, a better worker, and honestly, a better man.
Thank you for your time, your leadership, and your willingness to hold me accountable. I hope to earn your continued approval and trust in the year ahead.
Honestly, I think every company in America should run this way. I have a feeling most men would be a whole lot more productive with 10 strong women judging his performance!

I love the idea of this style of rating being done for other things in world too. Hopefully the man whose name rhymes with flump wouldn’t be where he is today!
