Sunday was one of our favorite things—just driving. Long scenic roads, plenty of pull-offs to take in the view. Peaceful, relaxing, no rush.

At one overlook, she told me to pull over so the passenger side faced the view. Nothing unusual—until she told me to get out, come around, and open her door. She stayed seated, looking out at the scenery like nothing was out of the ordinary. Then came the order: unbuckle your pants.

Panic.

Quick glance around—nobody in sight. I did as I was told, holding onto my pants so they wouldn’t drop completely. That’s when I saw it.
